Who wants to brute force it? 100 tries took me 8 minutes - 0000-0100
Call 1-320-227-2363 and then enter 8606-0353. It will ask for message identifier but if you get it wrong it just asks again. Anyone want to try a different range, say starting at 2000?

There's more than 1 message So I dialed 2010, since that was the first four numbers on one of the news articles that was linked through Twitter, and got a different message.
I will transcribe it later if no one beats me to it.

It'd really be nice to find something capable of transcribing these if we are going to be getting more of them in the future. It'd also be nice to figure out what the last garbled bits of the image text say as it may help us decide what to do with this data.

I just slow it down a bit in Audacity and it's not too bad to transcribe them but I have no idea what to do with them yet. They are different lengths but all start and end with 9999/0000. Hopefully I'll find some time to look at them later and also go back through the other things we have in case we missed something.

Same way I was transcribing.
All different lengths, but look at the start and ends. For a given string, same number of characters for the 9999 and 0000 parts, and the placement of numbers in each matches up. For example using the first:
9999: m86sswz
0000: e86yavx

The first /'s appear to demarc dates - xx-xxx-13. Working on the rest of the messages now with substitution cipher to see if I can get something.

Really can't improve on that beaut letter substitution 'tho spent a lil time with it at Decrypto b/c "always was a lucid butterfly" brought to mind Zhuang's butterfly lucid dream which relates into Ascend's philosophy. Fwiw, the 梅 unicode on their FB is for Plum. That's Mei in Mandarin & is a very pretty and common girl's name in China.
