I wonder what it would look like if put in order on music lines?

I wonder this myself. The question is...is it a scale that constantly ascends upwards or does it go up and down the keyboard/staff?

I keep wanting to try to work on transcribing it to music, but the numerals throw me off since they go up to 12. I had hoped they represented what octave the note was in, but that doesn't seem to be it, plus standard notation is usually note octave (C4), not octave note. Roman numerals can depict movements or sections in music, however.

In other thoughts, what could the poll crime be? 'Possession' is likely the second word, but we know the first isn't 'drug'. We also know some crimes in Stanley's world are more on the line of misdemeanors or far from serious.

I think the roman numerals might represent numbers on a clock. With that in mind what if they represent a direction, the weather conditions at sea, combined with the numbers we are getting that might be GPS latitude/longitude points maybe? (reminds me of polar coodinates where you can just use radius and an angle)

I haven't bothered trying to transcribe the Japanese ones yet because i will have to both listen and translate so it will be alot of work (ill try to do it once there is a need tough)

Yeah I'm wondering what the word could be...it's a four letter word, we know that. The only thing that comes to mind is "drug". We're cycling through the vowels though so that should give us a big hint. I saw we should vote for I this next time, both to complete "possession" and see if there's an I in the first word.

It'd be great to have it as soon as you can! Honestly we need all the clues and help we can get. Razz

With the current letters we have left, here are some of the possibilities we have for the first word. Some words here do stand out as related to the Stanley story like 'limo', but there's still uncertainty given the extremism that they attribute crimes as. It could just as easily be the crime of 'corn possession'.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
That message makes me think of the first story being told with the original investigation team regarding a group going to that building (possibly 5 people) and then 2 people were killed. If you add in the first criminal poll, that is 3 deaths, though our current criminal poll target was one of those 2 deaths.

I wish we had more solid threads to work off, to know if we should be looking at past interactions as a continuation or a separate entity. I feel like we are spinning wheels here while we keep getting keys and codes we can't use.

Guys, look at the new poll, my theory just started making more sense now. Two O's in the first word. I just voted "I" because that was the only one beating out Execute.

Also, I think someone tied to Ascensionism Records tried telling a different narrative with Stanley under the Twitter handle @002register but the guys on 4chan couldn't keep up because the Twitter account kept deleting tweets once they were posted there.

This still feels like a massive troll job, I just don't know what the end game is. It can't be some dude trying to sell unsettling classical music.

How do we know, or hypothesize, that A1-QPLR inmate #161461 is dead? I've tried lurking all the threads but can't find anything. I'm also not an active player, just bored and curious where this is going.

From a post last year where a series of diagram images were given showing character placement within a building. The third image mentions the corpse of A1-QPLR. Also the 4th picture is now a 404, so we don't know what it was of.

With letters finally revealed for the first word, we can speculate better on what it might be.
Code:
zoom   moot   goon   boon
wool   moor   gook   boom
woof   moon   goof   book
tool   loot   foot
took   loon   fool
root   loom   coot
room   look   cool
rook   hoot   cook
roof   hook   boot
nook   hoof   boor

There's always the possibility of a more obscure word, however.

But we never heard the narrative of how A1-QPLR died? I guess that's probably what we'll find out eventually but all I saw was the small story about him with the other characters, and then the narrative died except for the diagrams.

Movement I
Bar 1
A1-LSBP, A1-ICIW and A1-QPLR awakened in the house of a quartet. The trio walked downstairs to find that A31-JIKV had arrived for the meeting. She had already made it through the front door, lock pick in hand. A1-ICIW, A1-QPLR and A31-JIKV began heading for the meeting room. A1-LSBP went to the kitchen to make a sandwich first. As he finished wrapping the prepared meal in paper, a loud shout rang throughout the house. A1-LSBP went to investigate [8+HERMES] and nearly dropped his sandwich as he tripped over something [-1 METAPHYSICA]. Upon standing from his painful fall, A1-LSBP looked down to find A61-VCLZ with a stained knife in his back. He called out to the trio in distress, who came running into the room. A1-QPLR looked shocked and immediately stepped backwards from the cadaver. A1-ICIW cried out in surprise and attempted to comfort A1-LSBP with a hug. A31-JIKV stared at the body in horror.
A1-QPLR asked, "Who did this?" He looked at the rest of the quartet.
"A31-JIKV couldn't be responsible! She wasn't even in the country until this morning," A1-ICIW pointed out.
"Calm down. It clearly wasn't one of us," responded A1-QPLR, "Let's not panic. It was probably just another APL0 attack. We'll see. Let's go to the tank room."

Bar 2
The quartet lay in their tanks and tried to relax, despite what they had just seen. A1-QPLR was in an AT5. A1-LSBP, A1-ICIW and A31-JIKV were in AT1s. This trio had a vision of an angel arriving from the skies. When the being appeared, A31-JIKV remained calm, but was filled with curiosity and more than a little trepidation. The angel turned its head to face the trio and began to approach. A1-ICIW reached out one hand to touch the angel on the arm [5+APHRODITE]. The angel's forearm faded away like smoke, but it seemed not to notice. A1-LSBP watched this in great fear [6+THEMIS]. He noticed that the angel was not part of the metaphysical infinity as it had first appeared to be.
The angel spoke to the trio, "Be calm. Do not be afraid. I am here only to assure you that you are on the right path."
A1-ICIW could tell that the being's words were truthful.
"Which path is that?" asked A31-JIKV, "The path to ascension?" [6+APHRODITE] A butterfly fluttered by the angel's head.
"No," replied the angel, "The path t-" A knife emerged through the front of the angel's stomach. Light poured from the wound. The angel billowed into a plume of smoke and faded into nothingness. As the vision faded, the trio saw a shadowy figure through the smoke. A31-JIKV [9+THEMIS] saw a blur of light blue robes. A1-LSBP [9+THEMIS] saw an arm swinging in a stabbing motion. A1-ICIW [12+THEMIS] saw the grimacing, stubbled face of A1-QPLR.

Bar 3
The trio rose from their tanks and dried themselves off with the conveniently-placed nearby towels. They noticed that the AT5's door was open, and a trail of wet footprints from around its base led out of the room.

Awaiting A0 opus...
Awaiting opera of A1-LSBP, A1-ICIW and A31-JIKV...

The diagram picture is labled Movement 1 Bar 3.

Bar 3's narrative ends seemingly right before explaining what happened with A1-QPLR after the vision the other three had in the previous bar. That's what I'm curious about.

Unless I'm just not reading it right.
