Also why would Tim wait this long to go to the house? If he was going to go why not just go as soon as Jay stole the tape from him and left? For all he knew Jay could have gone to the house without him...

It's been 2 days...
Assuming he was on the way when #77 was uploaded, then he'd need to get there (which we don't know how far away it is) look round, possibly encounter people/find things, get back (again, not sure of distance,) if they were long drives then sleep, then finally he'd be just about ready to upload.

But as Tim doesn't think it's that important to upload (as we know he doesn't) then it could be a while yet

That's okay. Just so you know, I'm really sorry for what happens later.

^^This comment fucking scares me more than anything else. I'm so sleeping with the lights on tonight.

Oh, don't worry. You'll never see it coming.

How do you take a picture of the 4th Doctor and make it look so mother fucking creepy?

It had been over a month. He had the address as soon as Jay posted entry 75 to youtube.

I thought we had agreed somewhere in this thread that IG time is not the same as OOG time due to OOG reasons? I could be wrong.

I thought that was agreed upon a long time ago, but we all seem to have a hard time getting some details ingrained into our brains.

I'm pretty sure what was agreed was that IG = OOG, and that you just shouldn't worry too much about how little sense the timeline makes.

I wouldn't call any of that being "agreed" upon though. Whenever it's brought up, there's a debate as to whether it's true or not. It's just a theory people feel strongly about because of the time spacing between entries. I don't really believe it that much, but it has some merit to it. Nonetheless, it's really just a theory, not something everyone has universally agreed on as being THE theory on the series timeline.

In regards to the timeline, perhaps we could agree on: Slendy messes with the timeline. Meaning, IG it might be 2 days, but OOG it's 2 months.

this, everything they've shown us leads me to believe the timelines are one in the same

Again , i will repeat what i said a few pages back(page 15), this is a response from troy on his facebook about the wait time between entries:

"Wait times are our worst enemy right now, so I understand the frustration. We don't aim to do one entry per month by any means, it just sometimes works out that way. We're actively working on fixing this as best we can."

that does not say anything about the timeline crossover, just says they wish they could get the entries out faster

Yeah, as far as I care, IG time is the the same as OOG time. Otherwise that'd make the whole 7 months between seasons 1 and 2 confusing.

I think that IG time is a close approximate of real time, but shouldn't be taken as exact time. Discrepancy for filming and major/minor OOG stuff has to be factored in too.

The exact amount of time between videos, unless referenced specifically (such as the time between the end of season one and the first video upload of season two), seems to be irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that some amount of time has passed.

Obviously, this doesn't mesh well with the fact that the Twitter posts have exact time stamps, but I chalk that up to suspension of disbelief.

So there is no point in caring as much as any of us care. Awesome, see yall at 78.
