According to Dutch news website Geenstijl.nl, the video on this website was first found as a Youtube video, although I can't seem to find the original:

Fark links here quoting it's the original video that was found (although it has a different background music then the one on the website)

There is a ton of speculation about the video on Youtube, including revelations that there are Illuminati and Freemason signs to be found (which could just be there because they are "generally mysterious" I guess) and that the skyline used in the video is from the movie poster of The Day After Tomorrow.

Nothing indicative in the WHOIS data, the source seems a tad... amateurish, leaving some template HTML comments in.

This is really weird.
At some points it looks quite amateur like with the current website not having a proper login page (there is no login.php)
