As far as 79 being the last entry:
A. Troy said the whole 26 entries thing was just a coincidence.
B. Trosephim said that the series would be concluded by something like October 2014 so we may have at least a year left. A YEAR. not a couple weeks and one entry.
Seriously, for the love of god, we'll know when the series is about to end.

To be fair, this entry did seem pretty much like a precursor to a final confrontation, especially with how the series is set up now and where all of the characters ARE in the story. I can't blame people for thinking the series would end soon, /but/, most certainly not THAT soon. Also, could you link to the source citing the Oct 2014 date? If so, this could all just be a big build up to either a fakeout or the ACTUAL endgame.

 		Welp, Jay seems to have become as reliant on the pills as Tim and Hoody.

It seems Hoody wants Jay to be able to document things. Is he enabling Jay? Or does Hoody know something we don't?

It really really feels like we're approaching endgame here, with all the big questions mostly unanswered.

[If it's another month before the next Entry I'm going to lose it. I need another hobby.]

 		Just posting to say that "Last chance" might refer to Hoody (who has been running out of pills) and not Jay, especially if

There is no evidence it's ending in Oct 2014. I think what they said was that it would be over BEFORE the next GMX, and that's when the next GMX is. Honestly the way rumors about OOG quotes spread on this site is ridiculous, unless someone can find a better source for that.

I'm looking for the link now, but pretty much this^. That's what I was trying to say though. Yeah we're heading into the final story arc but there's much left to be done, and yes they said they'd be done BY the next GMX, so Oct 2014, not that that is exactly when it will end. But the fact that they gave that big of a window leads me to believe it's not gonna be anytime soon. Just sometime in the next 12 months.

They didn't specifically say "It will be done before Oct 2014" they said "This is probably the last time we'll auction off a mask since Season 3 is the last season." Next GMX is Oct 2014 but Troy never uttered the words "Oct 2014" in his entire life. It doesn't mean anything about whether not it's ending soon or not. We're making assumptions.

If you disagree with me that the next one is basically the ending then that's reasonable, I excepted it to be an unpopular opinion, but could everyone please stop taking what Troy says out of context to support their theories? That post was about GMX. It had nothing to do with when the series was ending.

And while I think the endgame has begun (we have begun a game-changing act at the very least, and if this isn't endgame then *something* in the story is ending soon), I don't know how long endgame will necessarily take. I still am guessing somewhere from 83-86 for the final entry. October 2014 isn't impossible, but I think it'll probably be sooner, and they've certainly not confirmed that we have that big a window, just that it can't be any bigger than that.

Are there IG reasons to speculate that Hoody meant someone besides Jay with the "last chance" bit?

 		I honestly think that they aren't trying to do anything special with the "Last Chance" thing. I think it is obviously just Hoody telling Jay that this will be his last chance to do what he needs to do. And if he doesn't, maybe he will be killed? Or is that too extreme? lol

A less extreme alternative interpretation for "Last Chance": "If you don't deal with this mess, I will."
