Neurocam.org is back? There are so many other neurocam threads, I wasn't sure which one to continue. Any mod can feel free to merge as needed.
A few months ago neurocam.org was accepting applications again. Today I decided to see if it had changed again, and now it seems to be some sort of puzzle that is an invitation. It says posting the answer is in bad form, but I would love to have someone to work with.
Thanks!

There is an instagram for him too.
Not sure if this has to do with it. Looking more.

yup. It was reported over in our Timewasters forum as a "Neurocam.org is back? " thread.
www.neurocam.org is active, and
neurocam.org (without the www) simply redirects to the subdomain on nfshost.com

~~~~~ I merged the two "new" Neurocam threads. In the future, please use the search feature, it is your friend. ~ Pixie
Meh. Lots of references to the 6th chapter of the Wisdom of Solomon. Note the latin 'porta enclavisti' (can be translated vaguely as 'member's entrance'), figure that the URL's the answer box, understand the woman as wisdom and you're half way towards an answer.
People who wear masks and try to pre-empt dismissive comments by claiming to desire said dismissive comments = lame. They're planning on releasing a video campaign soon featuring an 'average joe' who just-so-happens to get involved in this stuff so look out for it.
Fair play if it's just an ARG. But it looks more like a pretentious bunch of goons establishing a 'secret society' to get some excitement in their lives. Must have missed that chapter from Solomon.
How do you know they're releasing a video campaign soon Sly? Do you have the source for that? PM me if you don't want to release it publicly. Unless of course you are talking about the film "WTF is neurocam?" in which case don't bother as I already know about it and its all over youtube anyway.
Lets stick to facts rather than pure conjecture here please? We need answers for what are clearly definite clues:
Mn
The flag - coat of arms on it must link up to something
A reference from 6th chapter of the Wisdom of Solomon
The dots and maths
The words/title "The Foundation"
Slightly ambiguous components:
Picture of a castle
Moon
A dark naked woman
The lion
The cherubs with keys
Neurocam has never been an ARG, hence "timewasters" and a lot of people agree that it is nonsense and trash too.
I don't even see the point of having a thread here, didn't "players" constantly get in trouble for posting on any forums last time? And wasn't there purposeful misinformation?
It's not conjecture and I'm aware of the 'WTF' campaign. It's an inference taken from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtVnxx6q2B4 . Note that it's an audition filmed 1 month ago from a guy who auditions for various acting posts & uploads these auditions to youtube. So I'm guessing they're planning a 'WTF' campaign round 2.
Going to splurge what I've noticed (WoS = Wisdom of Solomon).
The square root of 555 = 23 (the L shapes are truncating functions, so no decimals).
Source code = 'For she goeth' etc etc = 6:16 WoS.
'The Knowledge' referred to in 6:22 of WoS.
Mn = Manganese , atomic element 25. 6:25 of WoS refers to instructions
'Portaenclavisti' can read as 'porta en clavisti' meaning 'The gate entrance' in Latin. This is a really rough translation. It could also mean '[Here is] The gate key'. I don't speak Latin so I can't judge, but if the guy who wrote this doesn't either then it's likely a poor translation itself. It's possible that the translation is 'porta enclavisti' where the suffix -isti is a demonstrative pronoun. Either possibility could be the case. Perhaps the answer is in Latin and requires that the suffix be modified in some way.
That banner she's holding? Domine dirige nos kiddos. It's the insignia of the City of London.
The woman? She represents wisdom as personified in the WoS. As to who she is, I'm not sure yet.
The moon? Looks like the one from the Nuremberg Chronicle, AKA the book of chronicles.
The castle? Probably either Nuremberg or Constantinople. Hell maybe Camelot.
The lion? Again, not sure but it's likely some form of English symbology.
That took about an hour, hopefully I'll have the answer soon and I can drop some hints for anyone who's stuck.
I emailed some of the address contacts I had back from 2005 to see what would happen, and both operationsSPLAT neurocam.com and maxwell.knightSPLAT neurocam.com are bouncing back.
I'm thinking it might be someone completely different trying to rehash whatever it was. Who knows.
