 		I didn't see it mentioned anywhere (may have missed it) but BlackIsle has Project V13 (Vault 13?) due out in 2015. High hopes. Also their Project VanBuren was supposed to be Fallout 3, IIRC. It was never released and no details about it were ever released. All the old, good Fallout games' development names were presidents. I think 1 was Project Washington. Hope some of this helps.

edit: Nevermind the Project V13 thing, just looked it up and it looks like it's something else. Daaaaamn :/

 		I think the morse code must have changed, running the current one through a decoder, I get-

cq cq cq bst is gone ii bst is gone n hpe freq 3450 rt gb americ@ (although the last character could possibly be an 'a' followed by an 'i' that the decoder is picking up wrong)


EDIT - BST is British Summer Time - could this one be set in the UK (with the God Bless America bit being sarcastic)?

ANOTHER EDIT - Nope, I'm being daft. BST would be Boston, which is where the next game is rumoured to be set
