I've just discoveerd this AWARE thing and decided to try Wink
I was thinking of subbmit my application form to Idealtech but as it says in the news, the interview process begun yesterday so i mailed RH to ask:

I have a lot to read yet... but Ive already received my agreement&Interview Part 1 mails nad just when adding Marcus to my AIM buddies... he is there!! Hehe how fun Smile
