When I listen to the audio I hear:

"Look for Connections"
"Do not do this"
"Hold Off"
"Stay Calm"
"Everyone is going to *BOOP*"
"They didn't know how to leave"

The first four lines could be seen as a message to not look for connection, and to "hold off, stay calm" perhaps to wait for awhile, perhaps the code is unsolvable until we get a cipher?

When I think of third quadrant in this context, I assume it means the third line. first, we have

The third quandrant here would be "I"

In the code, the third quandrant is "IMC", not sure it means anything though

Hey long time luker short time commentor.
I did an overlay and the girls face is definitrly Amys face. Lines up perfectly to the image
found on Google (ironically I viewed this on a mobile, there is a little circle with an 'x'
in the center).
The guy with the torch in his mouth I beleive to be Tim, he had a flashlight in the last entry, I know it sounds vaig but I honestly beleive if you line up the last frames his in, his eyebrow line natches Tims (I could be wrong).
I think TTA is warning Jay that its a trap and his being set-up to be there like Alex being lured there to find Amy (Jay trying to find Alex, sound familiar).
Sorry if this has already been discovered.

I actually really like the idea that this somehow ties into the Operator symbol. I've always assumed that the circle with the X through it was representative of the Operator's lack of face, but what if it's more?

Years ago, I floated a theory with a lot of batshit insanity in it (probably), but the crux of it was the idea that the Operator and TTA were two entities that were in some sort of cosmic game- one was an entity of sight (Operator) and one was an entity of sound (TTA). I'd like to expand on that a little bit:

The circular symbol represents a face, and the X cuts the face into 4 quadrants, representing different parts of a face/head. The brain, the eyes, the ears, and the mouth, and a different person serves each in each quadrant.

Brain: ???
Ears: Tim
Eyes: TTA/Hoody
Mouth: Alex

The Operator ensnares different people to serve each function so it can further its purpose (Whatever that may be).

I like this theory because I'm a sucker for clean symbolism, but I can provide some (hastily thought out) reasons behind all this.

That is a really interesting theory, it does serve as an interesting point of motivation for The Operator.

I'm fairly certain the scared(?) looking person in this video moving their head around is undergoing Electroconvulsive therapy of some kind. The headband and object in mouth are both used in shock therapy....

Yea. I'm extremely doubtful that anything will fall that neatly into place, especially because a lot of the early symbolism has sort of fallen off- water and hearing/listening in regards to TTA, as well as fire/trees and eyes/sight in regards to the Operator.

Honestly, I find the idea that TTA is asking if he's the third liar to be much more probable. But, again, I'm a sucker for symbolism, so I'm hoping that even if this particular theory is off, I'll be right in some capacity.

I... I.. this disturbed me a lot. And i thought MH had lost the effect over me, well, just got worse. Imagine Tim going through this therapy under Hoodies control somewhere in that campus, with Jay around and Alex + Operator preparing a trap.
