The voices in the sped up audio all sound different, so they're probably from stock footage, not totheark's voice. Sounds like "Do not do this" and "Hold on" to me, not sure about the rest of it. "Everyone is going to" is very clear though.

As a side note, this was an incredibly creepy video. Does anyone recognize the faces, those are stumping me.

I don't see Alex tied up there at all. I barely see the chair. I agree with a reveal next entry, it's been building up for a while now.

The only thing I got from this so far: HE IS A LIAR is shown, followed by the FIND ALEX FIND THE ARK note from entry #79, along with shots from the hospital (the fucking hospital; I thought we were done with that place, damnit! Evil or Very Mad

). Is he trying to warn Jay that Tim is the one setting him up? Did Tim plant that stuff for Jay to find, after all?

Right after the distorted "figure in the door" you can see Alex tied up. It's translucent with the other footage going on.
