Okay... I think we should get over the whole "holy shit" and "Lets make up a billion ways Jay could possibly maybe still be sorta kinda maybe be alive" thing and start doing what we do best.

Analysis.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

In my opinion, Tim had some underlying plan.
There's a possibility that he started to remember stuff he's doing with hoody, and then went to sacrifice himself or something to Alex or TO.
"I left Jay at my house so something like this wouldn't happen.": He obviously has forgiven Jay and never meant him that much harm.
"This wasn't supposed to happen": Then what really was? Was there ever a plan? Did he know about Hoody and / or Alex?!

I mean, WTF Tim?

Also, it was quite nice to see TO again. That's the first time we've seen him move in ages!

I really like what you said here. What exactly, in Tim's eyes, was supposed to happen? It didnt look like Tim was wearing the chest cam at the beginning of the video either, so it doesn't look like we will figure out how he got in there to begin with (again, Jay has been supposedly watching the building the whole time) or what he saw in there that made him run off.

If he just grabbed the camera, then where did Jay go?

... hm.

Edit to Add: Could be nothing, but could the twitter code indicate Jay's alive?

"How do hands talk? By Typing."

Coupled with the Bloody handprint shot in this vid... Maybe he's hinting that he's alive. Who knows?

I had asked about how Tim showed up at the end a few pages back. I'm pretty sure those are Alex's shoes we see near the end. I don't see why it's unusual that he wouldn't destroy the footage... I mean, he didn't get rid of the footage of killing Bruce, after all.

He did have it on, you can barely see the reflection of the steady cam strap on his back as he runs. Just barely though.

This is my favorite theory, by far.

I'd say Tim went back inside because he heard a gunshot and just though "Oh god no." And ran back inside screaming for Jay. As to why he was in there in the first place? We don't know, but he had the chest cam...

Thats true he did keep that footage, but that was also under his possession at the time. Remember that was on the hard drive of his own footage. At the very least, you think he would have taken it for himself. Not left it for Tim to find and upload.

I think that was Tim.... it was Tim finding the camera, rewinding it to see what had happened and seeing Jay get shot.

Oh I definitely think Op took him, but I think he wanted to make sure the camera did not come with.

Yeah seriously... at this point weeks have gone by since Tim left Jay at his house, did he think Jay would just be laying there this whole time? How did he not expect Jay to get free and catch up with him?

I think I see it now, good call. Well that gives me hope that the next entry will be that then!

I dont think that was Tim that picked it up. Could have been, but you think he would'nt have been so calm about picking up that camera. He knows Jay wouldnt let go of that lightly. But it is possible I will admit.

I'd say this too. But my only question is how did Tim manage to be the first one to enter the room and see the camera? For him to hear a gunshot, go back in Benedict Hall, search every room till he finds the one with a bloody handprint and camera, before Alex just walks a few yards over to make sure evidence is erased, or for Hoody to do some weird fucked up Hoddy shit makes no sense to me

When Jay went into Benedict Hall it was still day out. When Tim came back later it was clearly night time. Unless the gunshot was ringing out for hours, that wasn't what brought Tim back.

I agree. The fact that we saw it all happen means alex didnt destroy the tape. If it was Alex that picked it up, what DID he do if he didnt destroy it? It seems more likely that it was Hoody, but that still doesnt answer what Hoody did to it either.

Tim was watching the camera footage that whole time, that was why the video cut out.

Although that makes sense, it was a lot later when Tim found the camera (I'd guess by at least an hour our two, since it was nighttime by then). I highly doubt any wacky time travel took place like entry 72, since the Operator (presumably) left immediately after taking Jay and no significant amount of time seemed to pass between taking Jay and Alex finding the camera.

I'm just gonna say this.

"He will lead me to you. Lead me to death. Lead me totheark." ~Decay.

I think its safe to assume the Ark is The Operator's purgatoryish world he takes people.

IF Hoody/TTA is Jay from the future, this shit makes complete sense.

But for OOG reasons I don't think this is the case.
