If Hoody's not in his right mind, then I'd say he's not thinking with his normal clever/cunning mind. He may jump at the chance for pills even know it's a trap. I can't see Tim capturing Hoody like a wild animal though.

I've never thought of that but I actually like that explanation. Especially since the pills disappeared after Tim broke into Jay's house.

Anyways, Tim takes the pills in 65 and he's certainly not in his right mind then.

Something just occurred to me. We've been speculating that Jay was taken to the Dark World Tim went to in #65, and debating on whether that could mean he'll survive or not. I think he could, but not for the reasons listed so far.

We've been assuming that time moves very differently in the Dark World (if it moves at all) because Bruce's body hadn't decomposed at all after what, a year or more? But it just hit me: it isn't time that causes decomposition, but bacteria and other microorganisms. Which (IMO) means that either there are none in that place, or it wouldn't recognize the body as a food source because it was tainted by The Operator.

Now, how that pertains to Jay: he was alive, but wounded when he was taken. However, it didn't look to be a mortal wound. It might not have hit any vital organs, and it was bleeding, but not spurting; he would have some time before he bled out. Now, let's say he got dropped in the Dark World. He's bleeding, but it's not so bad that he couldn't, say, use Chekhov's penknife to cut a strip of fabric off his clothing and form a makeshift bandage. He still needs medical attention, but he's bought himself some time. Now, the biggest wound-care issue he has is infection. But remember what I said about the bacteria? Remember what we've all said about Jay being thoroughly infected with Operator-taint?

So. Now that he's stopped the bleeding (temporarily, at least) and won't get an infection, his biggest issues are dodging The Operator and finding a way out. Assuming there is one, and Tim wasn't deliberately released in #65.

Another idea: Maybe the Øperator's dimension is Doctor Who-style timey-wimey and time leaps back and forth. For example, maybe Tim saw the guy that Alex killed right after the Øperator took him. Maybe Tim also saw Jay during #56, but either forgot or didn't want to mention it. It explains why Tim tried to bind Jay, but there isn't any other evidence to support my theory.

Well, I think the next video we get will be about Tim's chest-cam footage, with whatever happening at Benedict Hall that causes Tim to flee, and he returns home to find Jay's cut zip-ties, he freaks out, rushes back to the college, and we get the end of Entry 80.
