 		Hmmm... Reminds me a little of the Vanessa Atalanta series (mainly because of the butterflies and multiple personalities) though I could be wrong. If it is, it's definitely a worthwhile play, what I played of those games was very well done on the PM's part.

 		OK, so I've done some digging but found nothing but red herrings so I thought I'd try to make sense of the story (so far). From what I can decipher from this. We have someone with multiple personality disorder. They go by the name of monarch and Jane. Monarch seems to have posted in Jane's journal obviously if Jane has MPD this would make sense.

A google search for "monarch 1223" returns a proposed butterfly sanctuary

notice the word "slaughter" under the tweeted image is bold and nothing else on the page is...
The original image appears to be a jpeg but the re-tweeted image is a .png (portable network graphics). I checked to see if the .png contained any tags, etc. and i didn't find any.
Also, the original image is lighter. Monarch probably darkened it to obfuscate the text at the bottom.

 		Atalanta is figure in Greek mythology, but more interestingly Vanessa Atalanta is the scientific name for the red admiral -a type of monarch butterfly.

 		well, i tried searching, twelvwtwentythree in google, and there is a whole page (at least for me) of tumblur pages. i can't get into them due to a proxy blockage though, i'm sure its nothing but i'm going to be checking up on it anyway, just in case.

EDIT: it's got absolutely nothing to do with this
