Well I'd have to say that with the picture of the ear that coupled with Charade stands for "Sound Like" then the link to a page with the title Nuclear Fission....

This coupled with the Optometrist clue would lead me to believe that it sounds like "New Clear Vision"

Just a wild stab but that would also fit with one of my speculations on another thread yesterday with queensone + eyechart regarding a Queen song called "One Vision." Pointing to vision.

Yeah, I'm going with the VISION bit...the eyes, the eye chart, Optometrist...sounds like New clear vision...the song one vision. So it is like Push in that we get a bunch of 'hints' about the one clue. I think we get it now...VISION
