 		Considering that was merely a DVD extra and is largely considered non-canon, I'd be surprised if it did contain any useful information.

Except for the fact that Tim says that quote about wearing a mask to hide who he really is, or something along those lines. That was obviously meant to hint at him being Masky so I'd figure there may be other hints in there as well.

Then again Sarah shows up a lot in the trailer, but is never heard from again after those two or so entries that she is in. So take the trailer with a grain of salt I guess.

Anyway, I like to think it's all hinted at in this video. Laughing
I'm sure almost everyone's seen it. I think it would be hilarious if it had the clues to the whole series was in it the whole time.

Holy shit, that just reminded me of another interesting point! Remember how there's Entry 7, but also a TTA with footage from that same shoot? And there's a girl in the back seat in one (the Entry I think), but then she is distinctly missing from the back seat in the other footage (the TTA I think). Perhaps something that was changed. And that is specifically the Entry that the "loop of unhappiness" quote originates from... Coincidence? We never managed to explain how or why she was definitely there in one and definitely not in the other. TO appears as well, in one of the most public places we've seen him show up.

Let me be more specific: Troy & co. have stated previously (though I do not remember when at this time) that the trailer for the in-universe student film Marble Hornets is not to be considered canon for the web series. It's an entirely optional extra and probably an excuse for them to exercise their comedic juices, which is what most of their film projects are outside of Marble Hornets.

Oh okay thanks for clearing that up. I thought it was more of a "don't look at it too seriously," but still consider it part of the story.

I would not look too deep into that, or much of anything that subtle coming from early season 1. I doubt they even thought of a Hoody character at that point.

There was no "hinting" that Tim was Masky in the trailer. The trailer was released long AFTER the Masky reveal. You can't really say it's hinting at an identity we already knew long long long before that.

Despite the fact that I think you're trolling, I'll respond. I actually originally considered that Hoody was future Jay before I ever joined the forum, lurked the forum, or heard of you. At the time there was little to no evidence other than it seeming to make sense in a lot of ways. I'm only now strongly reconsidering it as legitimate due to the most recent Entry and the discussion arising from it, after having abandoned it due to harsh negativity towards that theory here when I first joined. It makes even more sense now than it did a year ago, and that alone is saying something.

Tim was TTA in the first place. Hoody became TTA in season 2.

Tim was TTA in the first place. Hoody became TTA in season 2.


I thought we agreed it was Alex filming Jay in Exit?
