So last decade.

Would be easier to create a website blog to disseminate group information. Players could join and read/add/comment if the PMs need a place to share game information and have players discuss "in-game".

Web domains are so inexpensive these days. Google blogs are probably still free and can have many folks added to contributors (Sammeeeees II did that years ago).

Just IMHO.
