This is definitely different as far as styles go. TTA has released some messed up videos before, but not this messy. Seems like he's pretty much accusing Tim and Jay both of lying about something. Maybe it deals with the content in that tape Hoody found in Tim's house?

That aside, I agree this is in sort of a different style, and the numbers at the end are pretty long it's going to be a though code. Is the voices part of the music or reversed and slowed from the original footage of the clips showed in this video??

The voice with the music is... Well, it's distorted heavily, obviously. I don't think it's reversed or anything though.

With enough cleaning it'll probably be simple to hear it... But, I dunno.

Damn this was a weird TTA.

I've done a little bit of work on the audio. I can tell that the voices were slowed down, but there was an effect or two thrown on to them which is making it really hard to clean up.

Getting this intelligible is beyond my ken (and software).
