Are the jpeg file names the same as those used by Melody or were they changed when they were post at UF?

Anybody who applied is accepted, now ...

I went in to the research site and accepted any pending applications, so anybody who applied should be able to log in, even if Melody changes pw back ... until she notices, freaks, and deletes everyone, of course. Maybe I shouldn't have done that ... we'll know soon enough!

We are a meddlesome bunch.

Well, do you guys think its safe to assume that Melody will assume that WR was the one that hacked into her account? And if so, I imagine he'll hear about it sooner or later, which will in turn piss him off even more at us. In a horrible way, its actually pretty funny....

I'm starting to like having ol' Drex mad at us. It's kind of like in Lockjaw, when player interaction made Cavebear ph33r the players. I think we should give extra efforts to peeing in this guy's cornflakes, imho. Twisted Evil

jamesi, I've got to agree with you. I think the more mad at us he gets, the more crazy he gets, and the more crazy he gets, the less he takes his mdication, and the less he take his medication the crazier he gets! Hooray!!!

It's sure to be funny

SM

edit- I had totally forgotten about how scared Cavebear was of us...that was also pretty damn funny

I think now that some have gained access to the research pages, it would be worth it for someone to delete all the all the "request for approvals" in her inbox. I think we were meant to gain access to MelodysResearch by figuring out her password. (Therefore having her unaware we were viewing the research)

It's a personal "research area", one to which she probably wouldn't have admitted anyone unless she trusted them, and even though both would be considered "hacking" into her hotmail account, the difference between finding her password and changing it....is her knowledge. With all the requests granted, she will know her account has been hacked, which doesn't exactly breed trust (which I think is something you'd need for an actual invite).

I realize that all the members are listed, but you wouldn't expect her to click "view members" if she believes she's the only one. And when her password comes up wrong, maybe she'll just think she forgot it and reset it herself. If she's absent minded enough to have to put a note in the source code at Amboy Monthly....it might be believable enough that she's forget her password as well. And we have enough members that could gain access at a later date and share the information.

Anyway I realize this is probably pointless, but thought I'd throw it out there for discussion....I think we should have worked on the PW a little harder, discussed possibilities before everyone trying the same 3 or 4 at once and closing down the log-in.

Just a few thoughts.......and who knows, with a "secret question" as easy as that and geared toward "game'....maybe that's the way we were meant to get in, but I still think maybe we should delete the requests and maintain the illusion we weren't in there. Very Happy

I agree with Caterpillar.

Remember that this is not supposed to be a ARG. We should be as discrete as possible and not share information obtained with in-game characters. For Example. I don't think it's a wise idea to tell Clifford worley that we hacked into Melody's account and she is researching him. IT forces him to retaliate by getting restraining orders, ETC..

Lets be clean, neat and organized with our interaction with characters and not be obvious by hacking a MSN passport and adding user accounts and changing passwords.
