I sent them an email and got accepted. Here is the email contents:

Dear applicant,

We are very grateful for your patience as we move the project into the next phase. I am very pleased to announce you have been accepted to the program! The next project phase will begin with an interview conducted at one of our compatibility centres. We will contact you shortly to arrange your interview. The technology will be fully explained at the interview and successful applicants will be invited to join the project at our main research facility in Edinburgh.
