The link is to an article on CNN titled "Terror moves to the virtual world" and its about terrorist networks using the internet to coordinate themselves.....

 		Just to be complete, I decided not to apply, but Mark sent the identical message to me on YIM. I think he must have sent it to everyone he has talked with online.
