[interesting] eterni.me
Live forever as a computer algorithm generated AI

Steve Peters posted this link on twitter with the question "Real? Or ARG?" So I took a look and it's interesting. Feels like a response to everything going on with social media in general.
http://eterni.me

It also doesn't (yet) look like an Ad Camp - so if it is an ARG, I think we have an interesting grassroots on our hands. Can I just say YaY!!!

1 - I don't know why you assume this will be locked. I'm still not convinced this isn't a great MIT joke Wink And even if it is legit, this won't be locked just for not being a trailhead - it will either fade away from inactivity, or be moved someplace else {I may move it myself to V&S or timewasters tomorrow when I am on my PC and not my phone}.

b) I had to google that show - it's not available in the US, so chances are high that people from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Massachusetts, USA, probably no haven't seen it.

3} Wow, holy cow, calm down. And keep your religion and ideas about morality to yourself. This isn't the place for it, take it to your twitter/FB/friends/homeless-crazy-down-the-block, but don't post about it here.

4. Proof read, please! That was painful.

~~~~ none of this has been posted as a mod, but simply as another user, and doesn't reflect UF as a whole, or anyone else but myself.
I'm not going to write a whole rant of my opinions on the sociological/psychological/ideological implications of this, if it is in fact, real.
I will say this, this looks intriguing... I'm signing up. Would be interesting having a "big brother" like avatar of myself.
No, i haven't. Have you seen SyFy's series "Caprica"? The idea of creating a virtual person based on real data isn't new. In fact, it was rather entertaining and sparked a lot of philosophical debate. Chillax, man.
