Zack Johnson is the creator of Kingdom of Loathing, and is probably also the guy who manages the Hot Dog Network of podcasts. The email is likely unrelated, but I went ahead and sent one saying that I was part of the resistance and asking if he has any information for me, just in case.

Train Hotdog 8 was not available previously and is available now.

zjohnson email was in the error message obtained when previously trying to access Touch Interference.

Listening to the latest Video Games Hot Dog revealed a bit of information. The stacktrace error from THD #18 was created when they were trying to pull some data on how many times THD has been downloaded. Podtrac was having some server issues at the time, and Jim joked about reading it on the next Train Hot Dog.

They were eventually able to view download numbers for the episodes and Episode 8 was somehow the most downloaded episode by far? Jim said that Episode 8 had 322 downloads. Has that episode really not been available until now?
Edit: That large number was likely just due to how Podtrac records download attempts or something like that.

So if he's reading rider mail from youtube comments, perhaps that's how we can get the speech to text to read our messages much more clearly to him.

"Episode 17: Kitten Gains" is also not in the youtube playlist of Train Hotdogs. You have to look around for it separately. I think that even though we haven't had explicit clues pointing us to the youtube channel, it's going to be part of the ARG. Has anyone analyzed the thumbnails yet?

Things I noticed during my listen to thd 19
3:44 odd voice
4:09 Intercom cuts in and out
4:26 sounds like additional audio overlapping
15:15 male voice talking
15:28 voice again, may be responding to a female voice between prior note
15:32 odd low rumbling noise
15:50 audio seems to skip
15:59 more low rumble (turbulence?)

I just did some quick analysis of each episode that has an irregular thumbnail and have noticed that every one has something odd going on in the audio.

15: At around 2:24 a very clear voice comes in briefly.
13: Where we found "gadsby/password123"
12: Has freaky bit at the end that is super loud. A super loud clip of something sandwiched between a text to speech voice saying something that sounds like "Brought to you by blob(?)". No idea what the loud thing is though.
11: Has a weird effect that sounds similar to the beginning of 13, but not seeing any message in the spectograph.
9: Various oddities. Clipping, a voice saying "help", random things reversed. Rider mail at the end is Summer from the space coast asking about the phone.
