The names found here are all characters from the first two Alien movies.

On January 11th LordHuffnPuff tweeted about missing an important Bloodborne NPC named Gilbert.

The 'Sgt. Kane' referred to on the list of operatives is "Gilbert Kane" in Aliens.

So the word Gilbert is important. Why? Who knows. Possibly a login?

That pastebin isn't really encoded as such, it's just a raw email header, apparently sent from gustav.klimt.69SPLATyandex.com to himself?

Gustav Klimt is the artist of the Woman in Gold image we've seen previously.

Yandex is a large Russian search engine (and other services) company.

At first look there doesn't seem to be anything that out of place in it, though the email doesn't have a body (or the body has been left out of the paste)...
