Well the lyrics are from the Baz Luhrman song:

everybodys free to wear sunscreen

and it does look like a sun flashing at you

Coffee Beaut Atropanocturna. Hoped 'warning' was a straight prime nbr sub but cd not keep my eyes open & was afraid to steer others astray with a hasty comment.

Russell_k: if you ever have a sec will you DM me or post here how you isolated your 'spoilered' letters in the newsletter as I'm still unable to see the different font. THX

Sup0erb work all. I was out of it yesterday due to my grandfather's funeral, but I'm just catching up now. Out of interest has anyone got any recommendations for steganography programs? PySteg appears to not be working for me at the moment.

@armandel : I just pasted into word and scrolled through the text till I noticed an alteration in font. Nice and quick. What I wasn't sure was where you got the password attachment...

Today might be my last check in on this for a week as off to an island in belize which may or may not have an internet connection so good luck if I'm out of action .

One thought on the text adventure which we haven't solved is to create a map of the layout of it. I have a feeling it will be in the shape of something...

The password attachment was hidden inside of the photo found on www.lunarlabs.org/sos

OK so here's the map. It lists each "room" as a number. Refer to the text below to read the text that appears in each room. The entries for 2a, 5a, 11a and 15a are the text which appears upon reentering the room. I think it randomly selects one of the phrases every time to enter a room you've previously visited.

1. Apologies for this dilapidated facility. I know you deserve something better, but business is not the same as it used to be.
This said, welcome! I know this must be very confusing to you, but trust me it will be worth it...or not, it depends on you!

A small step for a man, but a giant leap for mankind!
Well, not really, but close enough.
Do you remember why you are doing this? Do you remember?

9. Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults; if you

Will you?
You can go north or south - decide!

I think.some of the numbers are mixed up in your little image towards the end but very useful to see it all laid out. I think it also interesting that the programme is called speak to me especially when there are so many questions in the text.

Map kinda looks like a cotton reel or Roman numerals II.

Out of interest at location ten, although it is just lyrics have you tried ignoring the directions and heading north or south?

Ahh thanks for pointing that out, I've fixed the numbers

this game is confusing, maybe you have to follow a very specific set of direcctions or be at every location at least once but whithout repeating any of them or any backtracking?

i tried to deviate from the instructions a lot of times, but no response whatsoever

I have moved a bit the red moon image, but nothing interesting seemed to appear

So, I don't know if I'm on the right track or not with the puzzle, but I decided to follow my gut and already sent it off. I'm going to spoiler my thought process just in case it does work.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
So after seeing the "speak with me" and the password we used "Project Awakening" I decided that what we needed to do was to send the questions to M/(Maria) and maybe "awaken" her? This could be said for Liam too, but I'm almost 100% he's the "hostile agent" plus we know Maria is connected to this somehow in the future. So I emailed her just to see if it worked out. If it doesn't I've seen some of my emails never get answered so I assume the PM's just ignore an email that they don't want to answer.

In the end I think we need to email someone the questions as it doesn't seem the program allows us to answer them ourselves. I just chose Maria because of the "M" in the message.

Thinking along similar lines to Cherry, the question "Do you value your instrument?" seems pertinent to Maria. Perhaps there's something special about her piano?

Tis a bust

Isn't the text from Baz Luhrmann - Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen song? I am curious, why are you asking such odd questions? Smile

*Shrugs* I have no clue. I have done everything i can think of to solve the puzzle. If there's a specific command we're supposed to use then there's way to many syntax that you could use and I've used most of them.

Edit: Shot the same email to Nick too just in case our decode came off a letter, plus Nick is the one who gave the rather big clue to the last shareoak password. Well either way it can't hurt us that badly. All it does it make me seem like a weirdo to ask such questions.

Also thanks PM's for catching up with the backlog. When my last email to Nick went through the cracks, I just thought you were selectively ignoring them. Thanks!

Yeah PM seems to be throwing out lots of dead ends. I asked maria if we could have a more encrypted communication system than e-mail via twitter based off of
