Hey unfiction,

I am Kyrie and I am the creator of "Quantum Fires" which is a new series on YouTube which I am hoping to get off the ground.

Update before you read on: I created a ninth file in efforts to help "show" a bit more of the creature. I also went with a total cop-out where it seems that someone else uploaded the previous files and the story centers around it attacking us now. What do you think of that?
This is also not a time to tell me how horrible the film is or to stop it from existing. I want this constructive please.. Anyway onto the wall-of-text
I'm not a writer. I am a film maker. I am working on a script or storyline for a web series which revolves around paranormal things. I will post what I have written down after I get the informal portion of this thread out of the way. The series is broken down into files, which is uploaded "randomly" onto a YouTube channel. This will be the only information, but at the end of each season it'll connect the two. I am currently on file #9 of the prologue. You can find it, here. https://www.youtube.com/user/QuantumFires
Essentially I want to make it where the tension or like.. "What is this" is building up, and each season the ending will kind of bring it together. I will be putting my acting hat on for #9.. it'll be awesome.
Anyway I will now post what I had before. The TL;DR of this is that I need help crafting the characteristics of what is sending these people the stones, and how to make them truly terifying.
I want this to be so incredibly scary, and not cheesy scary, but it really touches upon human psyche. I already know that when you recieve a stone I want you to feel like there is no escape. That, you are in this till death. I want to pray on the fear of isolation.


STORY

It feeds off of isolation. You will slowly become withdrawn, and you don't know why. You will have the urge to hurt everyone. You will then find a product from it. Usually, it leaves a rock for you to find. As soon as your hand touches it, your life is sold. You are set, over the next few months you will be wishing for death.. that's when they come. That's when the slumber will end. The only wake up when death is near... and they are awake now.


SYNOPSIS
My friend was acting funny. He kept breaking windows with these rocks he collects. I went over to his house to see if he'd like to hangout. He told me to leave, yelling at me.. I thought that was weird but hey.. he's been moody lately. I notice all of the rocks on the ground outside his window. Normally, I'd let him be.. he was being an ass. He is my great friend though, and I wanted to know what was wrong. He told me not touch his rocks. I was confused, we weren't anywhere near it.. and he threw it outside. After discussing what was wrong he told me his mom left.. he wasn't taking it well. When I was about to leave, he asked me to take the stones.. no he told me to. He said keep them safe while he figured out which parent he was going to stay with. I said okay.. but it was weird he wanted me to protect his.. rocks? I wanted to help him. So, I took the rocks and I got in my car.. when I looked over at him.. he was just staring at me, with a small smile.
That's the last time I've ever talked to him.

 		Is this a video series, or an ARG? Despite what the SM/MH subforums might lead you to believe, video series aren't games. SM & MH have a special exception to be here. If you are looking for writers for a video series, you may want to find a writers forum, not a gaming forum.
