I'm trying to track down which song the midi is -- it's not one of the more common ones that I can tell (Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again, Phantom of the Opera, Think of Me, Angel of Music, Music of the Night)...

Also, you can view the contents of the /images and /music directories off of the web site. The only file in the music directory is the phantom midi, but the images directory has the 1981 collection, the phantom mask pic, plus a lemon tree and some other small gifs.

Makes you wonder if it was running off of a timer (change every X seconds) or based on how many times we all kept hitting refresh. Or just the random acts of a madman.

I too got I-A-M-A-W-A-R-SAVE ME!-Sing My Angel of Music! (refreshing once a minute according to my computer's clock). So I'll go on the fact that the message is probably accurate. Not that it does me a bit of good.
