Well spotted. I was looking at that page for ages and couldn't see it!

I've tried variations on 'DONOTTRUSTTHEHRI' to no avail, until I came across this...

 		Not that I've found so far. The commented text in the source looks like base64, whereas the text on the page itself is a repeated 32 character / 16 byte hex string. Neither decodes "simply" from what I have tried.

I wonder whether "WE'RE WATCHING YOU" is a key?

Looks like a WEP key or similar encryption key. Maybe it's the password to something?[/spoiler]
