I have attached a full debrief to this email, which gives a timeline of events.

During the course of these 3 missions I have been both incredibly impressed, and deeply disappointed with your work. It is not enough that I should reward your connection with terrorist associates with the offer of employment, but yet you also sought to bring down my operation and provide intel from the inside to traitors such as Abigail Whittaker. If you knew in your time, what a huge mistake it was to try and cross me, you would never have allowed yourselves to even think it.

MPS has spent valuable time and resources on this operation, with the aim of making sure that Zachary Spencer and Aimee Gill did not achieve their goal of stopping the biological attack. It was an act that was not only necessary for this country, but also vital for the rest of the world. Britain could not be seen to be a country that would destroy itself from the inside out; we had come too far in establishing ourselves at the forefront of not only biotechnology, but also manufacturing, agriculture, and countless other areas. We were a beacon of hope, and a leader of the pack. If we hadn't have acted, civil war would have torn this country apart instead; across the news for the rest of the world to see. We would not allow that to happen.

The development of Telek was a necessary action for Britain to enable us to defend ourselves against the New Chinese Empire when the inevitable war started. It was never developed to be used against our own people. But the people revolted; they started following the Resistance, and the HRI, and starting asking too many questions. They were treading a dangerous path, but nothing we did would stop them. Telek stopped them.

I did not expect you to understand, given that you are outside of our time. You don't know the country that we will become, and the promise that we will show to the rest of the world. I could never explain it to you. You must live it. And you will. You will see why it was necessary to have you believe we shared a joint goal with the traitors. You'll see why it was vital that we show you documents that disputed the stories of your friends. It would never have worked to tell you the truth. You would never understand. Not yet.

It sickens me that I am writing to only a handful of true MPS agents. Those of you that did your job well will know that this isn't directed at you:

As for the rest of you, the double agents, the friends of the terrorists; this will be the only warning you will ever get from me. I will not terminate an agent's employment upon suspicion, and as I can not yet prove exactly which agents were working against us, I will not be ending anybody's career today. But know this; yes you have succeeded in infiltrating the MPS, but you will not win. You will still watch the country die and be a part of it when it happens, because you will not change history. We have carried out operations of this nature countless times, and we will do so as many times as necessary. The Tesseract may change it's shape, or it's face, or it's people, but it will always stay the same. And it pleases me to know that you will succeed in nothing but getting a closer look at the anarchy.

If this were the end, then the PMs wouldn't have given us the Vote Tesseract Page Smile

The way I see it is the Julie that died in the video was the Julie from the 'future' timeline. Don't forget that from the game perspective, all the data on Do Not Trust The Tesseract was sent from however many years in the future, and it took time to breach the Tesseracts servers. So if that data was sent back to us in a lump, and it just took time to get through, the chances are this video was prerecorded by someone in The Service and the future in that timeline didn't change for Julie.


But Julie didn't die in our timeline. So there's a chance yet that Julie could be saved.

Even she said she'd be back in a few months, so it's clear to me that this isn't the end.

The debrief guy was kinda brutal though...

It sounds like there's something repeating in the background, but i can't really figure it out.

I think i need to buy new speakers...

 		I ran the audio only through its paces (faster, slower, reverse) and it appears to just be noise from what I can tell.

ETA: So, am I correct in assuming that this video implies that Aimee Gill Authorized (based on the "AUTH" tag in the video) this Telek experiement on Julie in December of 2017?

 		just btw, when i emailed registerSPLATvotetesseract.co.uk, William Nichols(head of tesseract) replied himself, personally. he told me the location was insignificant, and that no campaign literature was available yet.
