I think Garret McConnor was the first detective working on the case... The Hooks Killer cut off his eyes and skin (or at least, it was implied). I can't check the channel right now since I'm at school but I'll edit this post when I get home.

Adrian was the name of the original detective on Case 0. H eis the guy with the camera in the numbered videos and the one we though Hooks killed. THIS ACTUALLY MAKES SO MUCH SENSE because after Case 0, he went missing which is why they sent in Detective Carrie, who was killed by hooks, and then sent in Damien Spirit, who was also killed by hooks. All the uploads with the misleading information has been meant to draw the attention of the actual police! who ever was actually going after hooks must have been a government private army of detectives or something idk about that part but stilllll
