When we arrived we are all taken to a large open space, lit by huge strips of white light high above us. I have never seen the like before, off to the left were what looked like to be coffins I shuddered to think what they were used for and to the right were metal stairs leading down. Fortunately they were only Russian troops in evidence, I had seen some of their allies on the trip and I'm not sure how the children would react to such horrors. Miss Sawyer and I kept the children between us. We had been there only about ten minutes when I noticed a flickering above us and I heard the sound of machinery below us stalling, I assumed that their generators were having trouble. Then just like it all went dark but I could still see a glimmer of light off to the right, I grabbed Miss Sawyer and the children a little roughly if I am honest with myself and pulled them towards the stairs. We had gone down four flights before I heard the generators kick back in with a steady drone. Miss Sawyer Gods bless her had taken what I was doing on board and urged the children on faster, three tunnels ahead of us and I took the oldest looking one.

We slowed down a little when I realised I couldn't hear any pursuit, the tunnel ended in a single bronze vault door which was open just a crack. It took a lot of pushing and pulling to open the door enough so that we could squeeze through. We were all inside when I heard a gasp from Timmy who jumped back and hit a lever near the doorway, before I could get to the door it had already swung inward enough stopping me from putting an iron bar I had picked up on our journey down the tunnel in place. There was whirring of locks spinning in place and the door had obviously completely locked itself, I looked at the lever Timmy had hit. It was labelled "MR", then I tried to pull it back into its original position it was quite stuck. Looking close at the bottom of the lever there seemed to be far bit of rust I thought it best not to exert too much force in case I snapped off entirely. Based upon the thickness of the vault door I'd been surprised to find another exit. The room that we are now trapped in, is very large indeed. The ceiling is at least thirty feet above us, upon exploring it is T-shaped.

In the envelope is fifty pounds and a 1st class ticket to New York on the new King's Airship Heliopolis going tomorrow morning. Checked Carrie over and couldn't find any scars or cuts anywhere on her body but there was also no baby either. If it weren't for the money and ticket I would have said that she had lost it.

I persuaded her that they could of killed her, take the money and run. The money would pay for some new clothes so she didn't look a complete sight on the airship and she could easily play the posh lady part.

I waved to her goodbye the next morning and never saw her again. Still have that envelope to this day.

Have you got access to the Whispers of God? Yes and just maybe you have a chance to close the Continuum Lock, it is almost a roll of the die. No, it will be very bad indeed only two options really.

Yes I am in London just come back from New York, lots of mysteries regarding the Ghouls which I believe Du Pre Alexander knew much of but failed to tell us. I assume he had his own reasons, even the One does not know what Du Pre Alexander is up to.

Most of our DreamWalkers are centered in Celephaïs however the Ghoul's ability to gathered intelligence does suggest this. I will take this up with the agent in charge of the DreamWalker's team.

Some of your agents in Denmark have seen Red and Black Airships appearing and disappearing around the time of the incident over the London docks which suggests that this is related. A possible attacking on our docks but something seems to have gone wrong because the airship vanished again. Denmark denied any involvement with the Russians, we think that perhaps the airships used Denmark as a way point before trying to arrive in London.

I did a brief reconnoitre of room to make sure we were alone before I would let the others move from the door. When I came back I asked Emma if she find out from Timmy what he saw that made him gasp and iump so, she said she would try. Miss Sawyer said she would try and found some food which was definitely a good idea. On the left not more than ten feet into the room was huge brass and bronze machine its edges gripped in a shiny grey metal I did not recognize. After looking at all of the dials its function is most definitely a backup generator. A control panel is fixed into the wall on the right hand side of the generator, most of the dials made sense to me barring one which is engraved with a picture of cube. In the center of the room are what looks like to be eight Tesla coils arranged in a line however a center column between them is of a square tube descending from the ceiling made of a glass see through like material. There is a brass like material surrounding the center of the tube with a clip/slot on right hand side facing the workbench, looks like something fits into it. The bottom of the tube is surrounded by what appears to be heavy lead shielding, according the dials the generator is on but only running at 10 of 100 of its capacity. I tried turning the Cube dial but it will not budge.

In answer to your question Agent Russell we were running for our very lives, I chose the oldest looking tunnel in the hope that it was the least used so less likely to be searched straight away. Of course I did not allow for the fact I would be locked up inside this room. I did however notice train tracks in the middle tunnel when we went past but I did not like the look of the tracks at all.

Russian airships have been spotted all over Europe but only for moments at a time, they have a distinctive colour scheme of red covering the top half of the skin of the airship and below that all black. I understand the King is meant to be making a speech tomorrow and there is some talk of a National holiday to be announced. London has also been heavily covered in posters I think the slogan is:

Alien Abduction

All known alien abductions have been the DERN using humans as test subjects to improve their Organic Incursion techniques. Du Pre Alexander's studies show that an unprepared host can cast out the invading DERN matrix sometimes in a matter of hours. Abductees have what is known as device limiters implanted into parts of their body these stop the host from ejecting the DERN incursion, however there is still an internal struggle of wills and the DERN matrix is tired easily once inside its host.

We have found it best to re-abduct the abductee and remove the implants without the intended victims knowledge, this has led to a number of confused recovered memories which helps in the ongoing cover up process.

Also it would appear the DERN selection is based upon certain families or genetic structure, we are still trying to ascertain what part of the genetic code makes a normal human predisposed to becoming a host. We now monitor various known families for repeated abductions. It has been shown people over the age forty have often been rejected by the DERN although we believe they have still been used as training hosts for their incursion agents.

Abduction and Possession are two sides of the same coin, one is controlled and the other is that of a DERN exile or sometimes a soldier that seem to handle organic incursions poorly.

White Chapel Events

During the events of 1968 there were number of abductions in the White Chapel area not all of them have been identified. Initially it was thought that the DERN were responsible for the murders however we believe another event was being hastily covered up. Fred Sun was in London at the time of the murders and could find nothing to link them back to DERN except that the Outcast were involved at some level. The slashing of throats and lower abdomens suggested a knife to the peeler's surgeon, to Fred Sun however these looked like wounds inflicted by Ghoulrats. Normally Ghoulrats only attack the nearly dead however they can be set off by a chemical compound which we believe the Outcast use to control them.

We do not believe in coincidences with regard to the DERN abductions at the same time as these murders, it is possible they were attempting to discover the nature of the cover up as well. This is indeed worrying that the DERN should concern themselves with these murders. Fred Sun has taken it upon himself to uncovered this conspiracy no matter how it takes.

A cryptogram

You must forgive the changes of the encryption for these messages but I have to assume someone or thing is watching how else could the Empire have been so easily surprised by this attack on our sovereign soil. Perhaps you can figure out a more secure method of us talking. Emma tells me that Timmy will only say he saw a flicker but won?t explain what him means by that, looking at it him he seems visibly scared. He hasn?t left Emma?s side since we arrived in this room. Mary has found quite of a lot food on shelves on the right hand of the ?T? so we will not starve and in the left hand side of the ?T? is a workbench, water pump and to Mary?s delight an iron kettle and teapot. Opposite the generator is another workbench which has an old steam linker which is allowing me to send these messages to you. Connected to the Linker is an impossibly flat screen and grey metal box, there is a code block on accessing this screen that I found on the Linker. Mary brushed the screen with her finger and the screen rippled like water. I touched it, feels hard. Agent Russell I believe you have misunderstood my description of the cube in question, it is etched onto the dial, no markings just a cube.

I have been speaking with empire control who are kinda suggesting that I am missing something blindingly obvious Laughing

We found a pull out drawer below the Linker well actually Mary found it. In the drawer is a large framed document called "List of Death" which appears to be a long list of ships names some I recognise and some I do not. I have removed it from its frame, the paper has a odd feel to it. The Linker has a page reader so I will send you a copy it. Mary also found a engraved piece of brass on the workbench it says: The Whisper of God. Something disturbing happened as well today, the kettle moved by itself from the stove to the Linker. Nobody saw it move but it definitely moved, I don't think we are alone in this room.

Agent Russell aside from the iron bar I picked up en-route to our new abode there is not much to be used as a weapon in the room, that being said I have asked Miss Sawyer to do an inventory of everything. The children are helping, at least it keeps them busy and minds active. I will send you list as soon as I can.


The list of death appears to be a list of ghost ships or ships lost at sea (although some of them have no untoward history) the numbers dont seem to reference anything to do with the ships that i can find. Also interesting that it is a 9 by 9 grid and the HMS proteus is 81... There was a USS proteus lost in the bermuda triangle but the HMS Proteus ships seem to have had a normal career. Will stick it into excel tomorrow and see if anything jumps out at me if i order by number

I unplugged the grey box from the Linker and replugged it in, now the flat screen has flashed on with the words: See the Forest not the Trees. There is an entry box but nothing I've typed in so far has worked it pops up with a message: "Incorrect Password" and clears the screen then the first message comes back.

Agent Russell I think you will find that what you have read about iron is an old wives tale but I will keep it to hand. We have not seen any dismantled guns, as for the paper it is very smooth and shiny I have never seen its like before.
