So that first slow montage of Tim in his house was foreshadowing - that was the last time he would ever spend in it. Even the lighter gave away a huge hint.

For some reason, I don't think the next entry will take a month to be posted. Maybe that's just optimism on my part, but I don't think Tim can go long without his house. Plus, we even got confirmation that IG time = OOG time when Tim said it had been weeks since he posted #84.

I am so pissed at Tim not taking advantage of the fact that Alex was right there. He could have ambushed him and took the gun from behind. As for where Tim is going to find him, I think it's definitely a location from the past - the hospital, maybe?

Hoody accused him. Alex accused him. Even Jay accused him in the end. I think that's foreshadowing to the reveal of the true antagonist.

No, he said it felt like it'd been weeks. And they confirmed after the fiasco with the wait between #77 and #78 that IG time =/= OOG time (so Jay didn't spend weeks on Tim's floor).

As for actually being the antagonist, I wouldn't go that far unless we see proof of Tim deliberately setting this thing loose.

Also, "I thought is was me, but your the cause of all of it!" I say this confirms that The Operator has not been involved with Alex since early childhood. Along with the end of #84, that is.

Does Alex think Tim's been deliberately putting other people in TO's path to save himself? Has Tim been doing that, however subconsciously?

Well, that was intense. Hopefully #88 will drop within a week or two.

You guys don't seem to know what antagonist means. It's not the same as villain.

Not really, if we had to guess who the antagonist is based on actions, then Alex would be the winner.

Hoody just called Tim a liar for not telling the truth to Jay but that didn't make him a villain, Jay decided to help Tim, i don't think he never thought of killing him (The knife was more of a self-defense option).

Although i do believe that Tim IS indeed the source of all this, there is a lot more to it, Alex is acting like ''Well i have to blame somebody''.

There is the missing link between Alex and Tim that i want to know now; like: ''How did Tim's problem become Alex's one?''

Yes they are not the same, but antagonist is a way of saying ''the bad guy'', and the best fit for this would be Alex, by far

The current antagonist is Alex/The Operator. This is objective based off the form of the narrative. Antagonist doesn't mean villain, though. The antagonist is the one who opposes the protagonist. The protagonist doesn't mean hero. The protagonist is who the story's perspective follows. The current protagonist is Tim, with Jay serving as protagonist for the majority of the series. Tim and Masky, Hoody, Alex, and The Operator all serve/have served as antagonists.

As an ex film major I fully support these definitions.

Personally, I view both Alex and Tim as anti-villains of sorts. Alex wants to "end it all" and stop the monster, but has gone off the deep end and is trying to accomplish this with murder. Meanwhile, Tim has accidentally unleashed some sort of eldritch creature that's been driving all his friends insane driving them to kill each other, but it's not as though he really had much control over it.

Hate to say this but this entry was just too unrealistic. Before, cops would have just said they were making shit up. But now, Tim has footage, of 1. Alex commiting murder. And 2. Alex burning down a house that was on the news.
Even Tim by now would go show this to someone and be like "take this mothafucka to jail."

Which would actually be cool because then they could have The Operator teleport Alex out.

I'm confused... Alex says, "EVERYONE IS GONE BECAUSE OF YOU! YOU LEFT JAY! YOU LEFT BRIAN! EVERYTHING THAT HAS HAPPENED IS YOUR FAULT!"

...so then why did Alex shoot Jay? Isn't that Alex's fault? I mean, technically Jay wouldn't be "gone" if Alex never shot him, so how is that Tim's fault? Maybe Jay had to die for some unknown, operator reason, or maybe Alex is just looking for somebody to blame. But it's bothering me, god damn it.

Alex is a tad crazy.

Perhaps the video of Alex as a child was uploaded by Masky &/or Hoody to keep the scent off of Tim?
