Does Anybody else miss Jay?

Does anybody else kinda miss Jay? I was sad when he supposedly died. He was an awesome protagonist, and his personality really contorted with Tim's which was also pretty cool. Anybody else miss him?

Jay was a great protagonist. Meek but courageous, persistent, the only reason he got so involved in this was because he wanted to find Alex again back in season 1. His tale was all the more tragic because none of that was enough to protect him from an unceremonious death at the hand of his friend. Hopefully Tim is able to gain something from Jay's efforts and use it to win in the end.

Yes, but the apparent bump-off was the right thing to do for the series, especially since season three has been dragging out (not the eps themselves, but the length of the season itself). I wasn't expecting him to go, I was shocked by it, but after a couple of days of rewatching eps leading up to Entry #80, I thought it was a bold move by Trosephim.

Plus it's not as if he's really been gone. There's been the chest-cam footage from the college placed side-by-side with that of Jay's discovery of the basement room in Benedict Hall, the laptop footage from Jay's last excursion through the tunnel, and then his cameo in Entry #83.

I still can't believe it happened. It just came out of nowhere. And not in a "woahhhh" kind of way, more like a "wait, why is Tim doing stuff, where's - oh" Sad

Same with Hoody now too I guess.

I was re-watching the series this weekend and actually said aloud to myself, "I REALLY miss Jay!"
Now that it's just Tim, it isn't the same; Jay was our faithful narrator, and then he was just...gone Sad
I am still hoping he's somehow alive, but I know he probably isn't and that truly makes me sad.

I laughed harder at this than I should have.

Too bad we couldn't get one last Vlog from Jay before he passed. I've been hoping for a Tim Vlog, but alas I feel that will never see the light of day.

I miss him, but i really hated how Jay never says anything about TO, he might have indirectly mentioned it a couple of times but i hate how he says ''I don't remember this happening'' instead of ''I don't know what that thing is'', the lack of aknowledge of things in the series makes Jay a bad investigator (Plus the amount of times TTA called Tim a liar and he never questioned this).

I'm positive that we are supposed to asume that Jay figuered out all the TTA riddles when they came up and it's more of a ''for the viewers thing'' but in the last TTA entry the riddle to solve read: ''I CAN NOT HELP'' i really don't understand why Jay wanders into a building knowing that Alex IS there, he has a gun and he wants to kill him. And Jay walks right in without any precausion, weapons or allies to rely on.

He is in fact corageous but i hate how reckless he was and his death was well diserved. Looking for Alex to ''stop him'' (according to S2's ending) and then forgetting that he has a gun and TO's protection (supposedly).

For some reason, Session comes to mind

"One day you will understand"

It's kind of sad if you believe it was directed at Jay, he just suddenly died with really no idea of what was going on

The feels man…. Whether it was for Jay or Tim…. Strong feels when I think about it. Nudges me right on the sides of my heart.

Yeah I miss him. He was there from the start (as in the start of the youtube uploads) and shared a determination with the viewers to find out what was happening and fix things.
