[SPEC/NEWS] Major Nelson drops a very suspicious comment
Regarding bees?

Wasps on the other hand? No thanks.

This, following a couple of other recent bits of news and interesting points...
* Elan Lee was last year brought on as Chief Design Officer at Xbox Entertainment Studios
* Sean Stewart was just brought on as Creative Director at Xbox Studios
* Joe Staten (Bungie) just returned to Microsoft Studios as Senior Creative Director (though not to 343 Industries directly)
...

Could we be seeing the start of something that may return to the little storyworld we tasted in 2004?

There are theories that MS/343 may have some news in store for Jan 17... you know, 1/17. Razz

I guess we'll see in time. High hopes, but low expectations. =)

You know, I saw that, even responded to it, but it never crossed my mind that to read it *that way*.

Also, ilovebees.com has another countdown timer set. Has that always been there? The timer appears to be counting down to a date several hundred years in the future.

Yep. Not new. It is counting down to 2552, which is the year in the future that everything takes place.

Whoops, thanks Pixie. I should have remembered that. It's just been so long o.o

I do hope they reboot this though, I have such fond memories of the Sleeping Princess.
