What is the single best Slender Man appearance in a video? In your opinion...
A specific scene or something. Not just the name of a series.

First reaction: Man this looks so boring
Second reaction: Dang it I know slendy's hiding around here somewhere...but where could he be?
Third reaction: OH CRAP there he is
Fourth reaction: welp, that was unexpected.
Fifth reaction: poor girl...

the costume in the first appearance looks sick, but that scream is just....shivers every time.

I really liked Greg's Final Log from DH, mostly because their Slenderman looks completely badass.
That TJA video with Slendy standing over the baby's bed gave me shivers as well.

My favorite is the appearance in "The Order," the second TribeTwelve/DarkHarvest00 crossover entry. After Noah starts running around 7:15, he looks back and sees Slendy standing in the middle of a group of screaming, panicked cultists, dangling one of them by the ankle several feet in the air from one of his tentacles. The mixture of distortion, the screams and the obvious terror of so many people has made it stick in my mind since I first watched it a year ago. Aside from that, I like how this appearance had actual, immediate consequences for those exposed (unlike so many others that wind up being little more than a jump scare), and that the reaction from everyone is totally realistic.
Moments before, a cultist in the throes of religious ecstasy offers himself to Slenderman and is disintegrated for his trouble. Immediately after, a bunch of cultists- supposedly true believers- decide that maybe worshiping a dark god isn't such a good idea and run. The ones who stay get to meet their god and are submitted for karmic justice. It's just excellent.
If it isn't this appearance, then it's the first confirmed true Slenderman sighting in EverymanHYBRID, Episode 6- Healthy Eating at 2:50-2:53. That opening door coupled with that unsettling head-waggle has stuck with me from the moment I watched it, and still creeps me out to this day.

Entry #64 from Marble Hornets immediately comes to mind. This appearance is unsettling because of the way he gets closer each time he leaves the frame, and the distortion is really well done as it always is in Marble Hornets. One of my favorite appearances in the whole series.

I still get chills from seeing him stand and sway so slightly and then scoot forward in TribeTwelve's "Mary Asher Phone Call " @ around 8:44.

I was going to mention that Tribe Tweleve scene myself. The way he moves freaks me out.

TribeTwelve's Northern Trip Footage . The bit at the beginning, when Noah's on the plane.

I'd like to nominate Dark Harvest00 log #19. Especially the last few seconds *shudder*.
Now that I think of it, 'Milo's Tape' from Tribe Twelve deserves a mention too. The scene where He attacks Milo, after chasing him through the empty house, slapping his tentacles on the walls... Yeah. That one made me go back to jumping at little noises I usually ignore.

Are we counting short films?
If we are:
If we aren't, then I second what Ashes said.
EDIT: Just to make it clear, the above gif is from PROXY. It's... a bit different from most Slender Man films, mostly in how their Slendy looks.
EDIT: I TAKE EVERYTHING BACK. Just got done watching the remains of cochinosanchez's akoolstick series, which has unfortunately been mostly deleted.
JUMPING SLENDER MAN. YES, ALL OF MY YES.
Also, tutorials.
