You've bumped a game thread from over a year ago. But, I do see that the game's website (or at least its DNS record) was updated this past June.
I didn't participate in the previous iteration, so I couldn't tell you whether the content is now new or updated. Anyway, here are the links for convenience:

I got an email a few days ago about Sovyrn as well. Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I'm skeptical about joining in because of the mention of the monthly fee, but I might join in if this ends up definitely being an ARG.
