So another route that this could go is that it goes back to a lone person (Tim this time) analyzing Alex's tapes.

So Tim now seems sure that he's been dealing with The Operator his whole life. Regained memory? And he offered to show Alex how to block it out. Did he show Brian? But then why say that Brian became "a shell of a person" because of The Operator's influence?

One also wonders why The Operator needs people in order to "spread." Can't it, you know, teleport?

 		So, I was thinking they would upload the final entry and then just vanish completely to make people think it was the end, just to upload a final entry out of the blue and make everyone go crazy

DUDE I was thinking the same thing! It seems that Tim only wanted to protect himself at first but then he just jumps on him and kills him. The Operator...it makes people crazy, murderous, paranoid. Tim's weird laugh-cough at the end was CRAZY mysterious. He had just killed somebody! I imagine it would tear you up inside, especially for someone like Tim! That's why he passed out!

This is DEFINITELY not the end, guys! Tim still has to deal with the Operator! Oh lordy, I hope he doesn't end up joining it in the end! He's been battling the Operator since he was little. It'd be terrible if he gave up now!

Omg. I just had a thought of Tim vs the Operator. And we thought Tim vs Alex would be incredible and doozyful... imagine a final battle between the True hero and the True villain...

What's confirmed is who Alex thought was dead. But a number of them have been "gone" before.

Regained memory, or now giving some kind of certitude to memories he hadn't quite believed, or took for hallucinations.

I don't think he could have shown Brian anything. Remember he had no idea who Hoody was. Brian may have figured it out himself -- he always did seem to have more information than anyone else apart from Alex himself.

But "shell of a person" seems fair. Tim had his Masky and normal modes in turn, but Brian always seemed to be Hoody no matter what and could no longer function normally under any circumstances.

 		Had another thought! Do you guys think that Alex has one more "confession" tape buried somewhere at his house? He must. Because now that he's gone, nothing more can be explained. Not that he didn't explain enough already, but like...where did he end up finding Amy? Was she the girl in the backseat in Entry 7? What about the camerawoman in Entry 12?

;_; yes, i still ponder those...;_;

Tim's gotta find the Ark brah. I'm sure that entry will be full of dead bodies.

 		Sorry no spoiler tags on page 5 or 6 whatever. If you're this deep in the pool you better have taken swimming lessons.

#1-This is not the last entry. We will get at least 1 or 2 more. Tim just passed out either from OP sickness or some blood loss. Most likely OP sickness as he had no pills left.

#2. The Operator's very primary existence is confirmed as some type of "disease". Alex states Tim brought it to him, and Alex even confirms he knows how to stop it. Maybe alex's goal was to kill everyone, then himself to end the Operator's existence. Instead he instructs Tim to do so. Question is will Tim actually do that.

#3. The Operator feeds on death-Tim possibly burnt the Hospital down making his existence stronger.

Questions:
What is the ARK?
Will Tim fight the operator or follow Alex's instructions (I'm guessing he goes after the Operator because he seems determined he can control it and beat it possibly)

The glowing eyes were on Alex in the scene where he picks up Brian's head and says "how does it feel to have killed your only friend?" or whatever. The last frame before it cuts to the next scene, Alex has glowing eyes.

True! This is also the first entry we've heard Alex refer to people as "dead!" We oughta pay attention to those differences. Maybe in Entry 22 when Alex said everyone was gone...he meant that they have the disease, and as a result they're pretty much dead.

 		And what the Hell is up with The Operator symbol & doll? Just the random actions of crazy people? Okay, fine, then why are there so many Operator symbols in the middle of nowhere? Does Alex just go out to Rosswood at night & draw them? But then what about that random one on the pavement that he ran away from? Who drew that?

"I don't think that's how modern medicine actually works."

So if The Operator is a "disease" & Tim learned how to "block it out," then a more accurate interpretation would be that it jumped to Alex, possibly because Alex let it get to him, & he spread it. Well, actually, he didn't so much "spread it" as kill people. It largely left Jay alone, unless he was in Rosswood or Alex was around. It also didn't jump straight from Tim to Brian, so yeah, something's not adding up, there.

 		So here's something I noticed:

There's a lot of distortion through the entire video, right? But I seemed to notice that when Alex is specifically shooting at Tim, there's a BURST of distortion. Do you think TO is deflecting the bullets and giving Tim a fighting chance?


Edit: Also, what's on the windowsill at the end there? To the left. It looks like something is there.

 		Okay, this time Alex didn't say "gone", he said "dead". I think this is their way of telling us the ultimate fate of all the characters, just like they said they would.

I don't think there is an Ark. I think that was a delusion of Brian's tortured mind.

The knife thing. Jay had it first, Tim (as Masky) took it from him in #18, Jay got it back in #35, and Tim took it again in #77. So, Jay's camera and Jay's knife in the end. Go symbolism.

And judging from his final words to Tim, maybe Alex really was planning to kill himself after everyone else was dead. but would The Operator have allowed him to?
