they seriously can't end everything like this. plus, we need to know what the ark is
Do we? Do we really?
If anything, try to infer it from the already given information. Not everything has to be spoonfed to you.
I think leaving us in the dark at the end would be a beautiful and realistic way to end things. Not everything in life has a silver lining.

Can't say I loved this ending. "Everything is fine." No it isn't, you asshole. We just saw you collapse.

Pretty sure that's the point. Ambiguity. Like how a lot of great stories end.

A lot of great story's also have a concise ending. Doesn't mean any that do are automatically great.

Going by what we saw thus far the ark must have been

another way to reference death. As in perhaps the only way to truly escape the Operator? Since when he's around you, he doesn't let you die, like when Brian had Alex at gun point; not to mention that Brian also said "Find Alex, find the ark", and as soon as Jay found Alex, he killed him.

The sirens at the end concern me... Did Tim attack Jessica?

I don't think this is the end yet. I'm not believing it 'til they post the credits on the THAC account.

Yeah, I kinda figured that the Ark

I recall someone (I don't remember who) called in the 86 thread that Jessica would still be alive and Tim was hiding her from everyone.
The big question is this though...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Does Tim no longer become his Masky state at all without the mask? And if so, why didn't he rid that thing years ago?

Jessica asks about Jay, and Tim says that "he moved" and that "he wanted to start with something new". Alex's same fucking words at the very beginning. Foreshadowing in this series is astonishing.

Ugh.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
So basically the ending to Marble Hornets is a bunch of filler, oh hey Jessica is mysteriously alive but we don't tell you why, and Tim drives off into the sunset. Are we being punk'd here? I am hoping, REALLY hoping this was filmed in the past but the text at the end of the video seems to say otherwise. Guess they just ran out of steam, but I'm very sad to see the first big series pull a LOST finale.

And let the acrobatics to shower the creators with empty praise begin.

I refuse to believe it's over.
I know that OOG we need something to make it debatable.
Collapsing on camera and then just saying "everything is fine" is a BS ending considering what has happened.
I'm also wondering if he did something to Jessica, although there was nothing to hint that after said collapse.

I agree, I think that is a great explanation, and that's good because the biggest mystery for me this whole time was what on earth is the ark??? I'm happy with the ending. I'm going to miss Marble Hornets though. It's going to be weird, not waiting around for the next entry anymore...

I feel as if Tim throwing away his mask was metaphorical in a sense, meaning he's never going back to that said, or state of himself. Since he's leaving and he's obviously hiding Jay's death from Jessica, I hope that this isn't the end, but if it is, I'm perfectly fine with it.
Also,
