 		So what happened in the video wherein Seth is taken? It seems to be that TO won't kill anyone on his own, and yet this is the last time Seth is ever seen. Are we to assume that Alex actually attacked Seth that night in the boiler room? Do his murderous ways go back that far?

We know the Operator was making him attack people back then, Tim included.

Yeah, and Alex claimed to have "left" him. So yeah, it's entirely possible that Seth is out there somewhere right now, none the wiser.

 		Provided that Alex had the motive to attack Seth in the boiler room, should Seth have survived, that would also give Seth the motive to get revenge on Alex with Brian and Tim. Or his mind could have been wiped and he lived happily ever after.

His appearance in season 2 is just so aggravating that they wasted this character.

But the camera also cuts away there--there's that weird distortion and frowny face thing, if I remember correctly, and then Alex making what seems to be a prepared statement under duress. Who really knows?

Although it seems that the frown on Hoody's mask may be to cover over his weird, "stupid" smile (because, maybe, I guess, the experience of being abducted by TO permanently warped him), I wonder whether it was inspired by whatever the hell that face was? My guess is that Brian/Hoody left that tape for Jay to find. Maybe the frown's an homage or a tribute done in memory of Seth?

"Wasted potential" is the perfect way to put it. I don't agree that he'd make the most sense as TTA, but had just a little more been shown in Season Three about what he may have found out in viewing the Marble Hornets footage...

I like Brian as TTA given his friendship with Tim before Brian became Hoody and the isolation versus friendship theme that seems, if erratically at times, to be pretty important to the series. But they could have used Seth a bit more and fleshed some things out. (Either that or had the Hoody reveal just a bit earlier AND shown Seth's corpse in Oppy Land too.)


Brian as Hoody is fine to me. I was talking about TTA as in the maker/runner/editor of the youtube channel.

Seth being an editor and cameraman of the MarbleHornets film would explain the ability to do all the crazy effects in the TTA videos and also explain why he had access to some of the tapes/footage.

I also agree with the reappearance of him in season 3. Why/how THAC was only able to get him/use him for 10 seconds of screen time years after his only other appearance on camera really boggles my mind. If he was so difficult to get on set, when they had him, why did they use him for that short ass clip? And if he was available then why not use him more often?

Seth's appearance in season 3 was a cameo for fun and not intended to indicate that he was coming back in any important capacity, such as being TTA.

Can we please stop arguing about this when Seth has obviously not been seen since that one entry?
