 		They say like "except maybe Jessica" or whatever right after that though, so that's slightly misleading. Tim is the only one whose fate is definitely survival, at least by the end.

The sirens were edited in, but it's still specifically supposed to be unspecific. As I think I might have said above some many months ago, Jessica asks Tim if she needs him to call someone. Maybe she did. The sirens could be that; the sirens could be anything.
