It took me a few minutes to figure out what the title was trying to say, but yeah, that's one of the things I've been wondering. Troy seems to prefer the directing side of things so I imagine he might sit out the acting part (not that I necessarily want him to but I could see that happening). Joseph and Tim... well, they'd probably have to put some effort into making their characters look different from Alex and Tim.

It's possible they're going to have more of a cast that's not Trosephim this time around, though. Who knows?

Maybe it's just me, but I'm not too worried about this. I think given the break between the two, my mind'll be alright with accepting them as totally different people.

Might be an issue if I start rewatching MH at the same time though.

Also, I've only ever seen Joseph say that it might be in the same universe, and that was a really long time ago, like it seems like that was before they knew for sure. Is everyone just kind of assuming that that's definitely going to happen, or was this actually confirmed while I wasn't looking?

I mean, if it was in the same universe, it could partially work.

Alex, Jessica, and Brian are dead no doubt.

Jay is likely dead, and Tim is possibly dead.

Then we have Noah joining THAC, who will likely be our new protagonist, with one or two of the above perhaps being side characters. I don't doubt that THAC could get a few more actors on the team as well.

Uh what? Did you just like, mean to say that Jessica is "no doubt" dead but Jay is just "likely dead"? What seried did you watch?

Correct, I did.

There's reasonable evidence to the claim that Jessica was killed, given the sudden cut in video, the ambulance sirens (which were confirmed to not be a coincidence) and the coughing-fit by Tim shortly before the video cut-- this usually being a notable symbol of a Masky-change. The three of these together make it almost indisputable that Jessica was killed by Tim.

As for Jay, he was shot badly-- yes. However, we have literally not even the slightest clue on what happens to those who are abducted by The Operator. He was shot, bleeding, then teleported-- that's all we know. Sure, we're supposed to think he's dead-- but unlike Jessica, there's no evidence to what happened after the abduction.

I think you've got it exactly backwards, myself. And I would hardly call your evidence "indisputable".

But since the guys have made it clear they're never going to answer those questions, I guess we'll never know for sure.

Greater visibility. They admitted themselves the reason for using the MH channel was so more people would see it.

1. It's true it was confirmed that the sirens aren't a coincidence, the creators said so on the DVD commentary. This was a few seconds after they said Jessica's fate was purposely ambiguous. Which, since we're getting all OOG on this, means there's no right answer. She's fictional, her fate was purposely vague. But even more importantly, they also said on the commentary that Jay was killed. So besides the fact that the OOG Jessica reference is being used incorrectly, it's kind of mind boggling to me how people on this forum just pick and choose which OOG statements to care about.

2. I feel like people keep insinuating that its weird to put it on the same channel for viewership. You guys realize Marble Hornets has more than 10x the subscribers that THAC has, right? Why exactly should they tell 90% of their viewership to go fuck themselves?
