I don't think we'll see the Rake again, either. That was Alex's monster. The same way I always thought Slender Man was especially fixated on Vinny, the Rake was on Alex. (and HABIT on Evan, fwiw).

I realize Evan fought the Rake that one time, but I always thought that HABIT arranged for that just to strip away the last tiny bit of hope Evan had left: he couldn't even die to escape HABIT's grasp.


I was thinking something similar about not seeing the rake again, but not necessarily because it was Alex's monster. Really, it went after anyone the boys knew that wasn't part of the mining town five. Now with everyone gone, there's no need for it.

 		Can anyone tell exactly what Alex is saying in that video? I got the gist, but a lot of it is hard to hear. So far, I've got:

Yeah, we can safely presume this given that HABIT posted the cryptic list between this video being filmed and it being posted.

Except creator Lee has made it clear they're not in the same universe—they've got two different Linnies. Anything crossover-esque between WF and EMH could only be an inconsequential cameo.

 		Okay so I rewatched the video and noticed a couple of things.

1. So in the two recent updates there's a lot of intermittent static, obviously caused by that slendy (sigma) radiation. Slendy seems to be staking out the house.

2. In Jeff's 2nd video we see him staring out the window at Slenderman who's right outside (1:1Cool. Vinnie says "what a surprise..." as the same thing is happening at the apartment (1:25 - 1:45).

3. Vinnie says "nothing but a pane of glass between us". Since when did a pane of glass stop Slenderman? I'm guessing he's been staking out the apartment for the 7 months he's been trapped there...so what's stopping him getting inside?

4. Which leads to the last few seconds of the video where we see Slendy in the background quite clearly (2:35- 2:40), inside the house. Just before the video cuts out though there's a figure coming out from the left beside Slendy.



I don't think that last bit is from Jeff's videos. It seems that it's from a reflection in the window. My guess is it's HABIT/Evan from the side and he's protecting Vinnie for some reason.[/i]

Exactly! with some good old fashioned know-how and a bit of elbow grease, we'll soon have you back on the streets where you're liable to get jumped by hoodies and faceless monsters. But in all seriousness, these videos were really great. I wasn't expecting a second one quite so soon as well. But I was thinking, poor Vinny must of been telling the story of how he got there over and over into the camera until he was finally able to edit the footage and send it out. And when I was watching the second one I legit said 'oh fuck!' when I realised what Vinny was staring at outside the window. Let's just hope he manages to piece together that list of words.

 		So, I think that black figure walking towards Slendy at the end was Vinny. Some of the other distortion shows the back of his head as he stares up at something, and he literally shows us him staring at Slendy through a pane of glass. We saw him going a bit crazy ("This is the closest he's been"/"Don't let it in") in the Apt 3103 video.

My theory is that HABIT lead him to the apartment to try and protect him from the Stick-in-the-mud (elsewise, why did the proxies stop chasing him when he shut the door), but Slendy's been whispering to him through the glass and has found a way in.

But Noah encountered Lee while crossing over with EMH, which Lee mentioned in his own series. True, it doesn't account to more than a little cameo but they can't temporarily stop being in different universes for the sake of a cameo.

That said, it would be really lazy to fall back on WF in order to have an excuse to not keep Rake in the plot anymore and I hope they don't do that.

 		Im sure this has been asked a lot, but is there a recap or something for this series? haha I've been around since the beginning, but haven't really kept up. Ive watched all the videos but I'm still confused. Has the "cycle" theory been confirmed as fact? Whats this talk about lists and bag of future goodies? Are the videos being released in chronological order? What the frigs going on? haha

I loved marble hornets because of the ease to follow, TT for the amazing effects and scary atmosphere, and this one IMO had the best characters, but it suffered from being all over the place and extremely hard to follow.

The only things we really ask is that if somebody does want to talk EMH, that overrules any of the active madness, and there is no role playing or impersonating allowed. Yeah, but they did, though. According to Lee, crossovers have served the purpose of delivering information about each others stories, but those crossovers only have that function (i.e. they don't necessarily exist to establish a shared universe). Pretty much means you don't necessarily have to watch an entire new series to understand the relevance of information provided in that one episode.

rab1s, there's still a lot that hasn't been resolved in the story—we're currently in the Final Act. <-- That link has a short plot summary that should help (though the two most recent entries haven't been added yet). It also explains how recent videos have supported the iteration/"cycle" theory—so it's not confirmed as fact, but it seems to be the strongest narrative arc theory at the moment. The videos are mostly chronolocial, except that "christmas." occurred some time during the events of "Appt 3103", and IG, some footage recorded between the "Blue room" and "Appt 3103" videos hasn't been edited and released yet. That wiki in general should help make things less confusing. Smile

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm reading it as:
"Rabbits 82 and 41 can you sacrifice yourself for the words?"

Rabbit 41 is kirokokori and Rabbit 82 is alejlujah. I don't think they've posted here in years.What does it mean by sacrifice? And the similarity to the phrase "can you _ the words?"
