 		Open Issues as of 4/17/04
This is my list. Again this is based on everyone else's work, sorry if I don't credit anyone properly; the ideas are others, the errors are mine. This is just a summary:

1. Where is Krystal? The Professor claims he doesn't have her. Melody says she is not with her family. Did Marcus take her to frame the Professor?

2. What happened to Virgina Vogel, the Professor's "wife"? Were they married or not? If so, was she having an affair with Marcus? If not, was she Marcus' girlfriend? Was the car found by Melody (assuming it really exists), her car that Marcus was driving when he had an accident three years ago?

3. Who or what is the "puppy"? If not Krystal, is this a movie or other pop cultural reference we missed?

4. What was happening with the music of the night clues on bluelouboyle.com? Was that just for the "broadcast?" [Trout if deserved, couldn't figure it out myself]

5. Who is in the mpg which was emailed to people in the grendel supporters group? Was this just Marcus showing us that he could infiltrate the group easily? Could the professor have sent it and then lied?

5. Misc: Anything up with that disk? The date on Amboy monthly where on the 19th it reads the 18th? Others?

 		Questions and Spec about AmboyMontly & Melody
I have a few questions of my own I want answered about Amboy. I've posted some of them before, but I'll reiterate.

1. Why are the last names of Jude and his parents omitted in the story about the car crash? In almost every other article on the site, Melody lists people as [First Name] [Last Name], [Age]. But in this article she doesn't mention the last names of the Williams' once - but she does list their respective ages. Was this somthing Marcus had her do? Or was she trying to show a little backbone and planted a hint to have people do a little research of their own into the crash, something she couldn't do herself?

2. In the same article, Melody either makes another mistake, or gives us another clue. The bold is mine. "The couple was survived by their only son Jude, 29, who is unavailable for comment due to the grieving of his loved one. " One, not ones. Did Jude have something against one of his parents? Or is Melody just slipping up? I know Melody is not infalliable (just look at her choice in men) but there is a part of me that wants to believe she is not as utterly dumb as she seems a majority of the time. I think she's capable of some good ideas, but with her self esteem problems those good ideas quickly become wallowed in her inability to count on herself.

 		I also want to know what is going on with Columbia River Rentals. Is there something hidden there that we're not aware of? Does Chad Tompkins provide other services? Or is this just a random site thrown in to make us wonder and go "hmmm"?

 		Oddly enough, Krystal and I were working on a section together for the guide of "open issues" ... I had a draft of an email I was supposed to send her but never did ... and then she went missing. I still never made it all the way through all the sites, etc, but this is what I had so far:

GENERAL:

Melody refers to the Round Up Café, where she a waitress, an awful lot, and it's usually not a natural reference (i.e. it sounds forced). Is she trying to tell us something? Googling turns up 39805 NE 216th ave in Amboy, which does show up on mapquest. Number listed (360-247-5437) is disconnected with no forwarding number.

AMBOYMONTHLY:

o Clarence Houston and his Authentic Native American Goods site on ebay ... what's the significance?
o Columbia River Rentals banner: markings significant? (See this post) ... slyfox thought might be related to markings here ... Slyfox emailed Ohio State, but received no response. Somebody also determined (Zzdar?) that this site goes down when Amboymonthly and Ideltech go down, and so is likely in-game.

Who is it that has been trying to buy TOBI?

PROF BLOG:

Says he used the maiden name of one of the Ideltech guy's mothers to hack into the site. Is there something we should be trying?

DISK FROM PROF:
---------------------
o If the disk was recovered after the Ideltech boys were expelled in 2000/2001, why are the files all dated 2003/2004?
o How is the GA99Jude.ps.Z.pdf file a "blueprint" for TOBI, and why does the Prof think that this document is proof that the idea was stolen from him?
o Significance of the disk in general is still uncertain (id of woman in hubahuba.jpg, purpose of the Vertigo thumbs, pictures of Prof. Roddington, etc.) ... significance of the disk being turned over in person, rather than delivered electronically, likely means that the physcial disk itself is important (the message under the label?)

I agree and have been looking for a site match for some time. I even tried ruc.com/net/org, which got me thinking about ruaware....so I even tried rucafe Very Happy
