Update: Abednego's Journal 14th November There's a new journal entry titled 'The first key to understanding'
It looks like we're being given some hints for the number puzzle, although I'm no closer to a solution. Any thoughts?

Things that jump out at me:
"one is a start" followed by paragraph begining with "b" followed by "see" (C?)
"sixtyfour" spelled out where all other numbers are writen in digits
"once removed"
and the word "questions" repeated six times

base 64?
Also: the key to all the clues of today can always be found in the dreams of yesterday. two two two for the price of one
and
and i hope to the god that someone can see with their EYES cause i left it there, i left it there, i left it right there yesterday.
Can this have something to do with the eyechart?
Also the word WORLD is a cap...moon?

We can rule out the 'b'. I was reading the yahoo group and it turns out that's a personal response to someone who has been posting. Something about a car accident.

HI
I inadverently posted something on this solve (SPEC only) on the 13th page two - don't know if it will help but it's there sorry.. I am kinda new & was told not to delete anything
Also on this journal something I am looking at is the kiddie references...
For example:
"they may be on to the silly little games that people play. dont be
surprised if things start getting more hairy. i can see (with my
EYES, not my eyes)"
There is the eye spy game (SPEC It starts, "with my eye, I spy something..."
He quotes also the mother goose rhyme about "where has my little dog gone only he changes it to girl
"oh where oh where has the little girl gone oh where oh where can she
be".
(If you substitute girl for dog you get the actual sing song rhyme)
should I move the spec post on the 13th to here?
