This time, I'm having a brain fart on the Puzzle 4 - the easy one. Heh.
I've tried (and potentially made errors doing):
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
* Treating column 1 as a 0, matching the top coin to the same entry in the row.
* Treating column 1 as a 1, matching the top coin to the same entry in the row.
* Finding the gold coin that has the same tilt/position as the top coin.
* Finding the gold coin that is the opposite tilt/position as the top coin.
Any hints?
Puzzle 5 and 6 were pretty easy. Spoilers and solves coming.

Puzzle 5:

I needed a PIN number to access that voicemail. Luckily, this map of the excavation tunnels guided the way. I tried several times to navigate it without success, then I realized it wasn't so black and white...
Puzzle 5 hints:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Don't touch the mouse. Just look at the maze.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Your eyes are probably seeing patterns. Do any of those patterns look like numbers?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You're looking for three numbers that make up the PIN.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Starting at the left green, following the maze to the yellow and stop.
Puzzle 5 solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
805

Puzzle 6:
Puzzle 6 hints:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Your first goal is to match all icons with a gate name. There are seven gates and six icons are revealed through existing content.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Using the list of pairs on the side, draw lines to each gate.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You're crossing out words "until only one answer remained."
Puzzle 6 solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
passage

Man alive. Fist to face.
Did folks actually call the number? It works. And is accessible with a PIN. And ties to the game.
EDIT: It also appears that new (non-bonus) stuff is (now?) added after you finish a chapter - I'm seeing new voicemails for both Chapter 2 AND Chapter 1 now.

Guess I am overthinking it or not thinking about it at all, I have tried:
Location of like coin
Counting the number of like coins
Counting the number of gold coins
I am at lose for the next step
Thank you,

Re: Puzzle 4 I noticed the extra voicemail too (what did the lab find)
I am also curious if there are any other hidden puzzles to be found. There seems to be so many... "puzzle" like elements such as on the one page there is #XIX written a few times and such

Thank you,
The flavor text on this puzzle is important: "Once I understood which coins were important in each row, I realized it was a call for help."

Puzzle 7:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
GE'EZ OF THE LION'S GATE
Seems like I was just at the Ethiopian Orthodox Churge dusting for prints, but I still can't put my finger on this inscription. It's written in Ge'ez, but Emma translated the line in her journal. I'll conquer this case yet, Emma.

Puzzle 7 hints:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The underlined journal phrase is your key.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Match the symbol letters to the photo.
Puzzle 7 solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
DESTRUCTION

Haven't tackled #8 yet, but I figured I'd get the #9 solution up:
Puzzle 9:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Emma was captivated with this bell from Robinson's Arch. She visited it at the museum, drew it, and wrote about it in her journal (the site she referenced also really helped). The hem of the robe in the most recent sketch held a message.
Hint for puzzle 9:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Alternating colors on the fringes and a reference to the Decipher Demon site in the description...haven't we come across that kind of cipher before?
Solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Using gold bell as 0 and red pomegranate as 1, it spells out WAR in binary

Puzzle #8
Question:
Quote:
I enhanced the images in that lab surveillance video and saw that Emma was holding a burnt die. She had two similar dice in her personal effects, along with a cryptic note that embraced new beginnings and tragic conclusions. I had to study it line by line to decipher its fatal warning.
WHAT DOES THE NOTE PREDICT?
Hint 1:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The numbers showing on the dice, and their position to the post-it note, are clues.
Hint 2:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The die on the left tells you, starting from the left, which letter of each line to use. The die on the right tells you which letter to use from each line, starting from the right.
Hint 3:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Read the letters top to bottom that the left die gives you, followed by the letters top to bottom that the right die indicates.
Solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
END TIMES -- the space is quite necessary here (thanks, dvorak42, for figuring that out!)
Edited to omit frustrations over the punctuation requirements of this puzzle.

I was able to get the Puzzle 8 Solution to work:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Try adding a space and using the same capitalization as the extraction: End times

Ah thanks - that did it. With your addition, case sensitivity isn't necessary (I used all lower case and it worked)
