I do think Skully will be used EVENTUALLY. Because everytime they're mentioned, Trosephim say how they could still be out there

Well, in-game, from everything that's built up to this point, the only possibility is Tim. Tim posted the tweet, from the IG Marble Hornets perspective.

Unless it was a member of TTA that we speculated might exist but never had "proof" of.

In all likelihood though, its probably neither, but instead one of the following:

A) A character in the new series that we have yet to meet or know of.

B) A teaser along the lines of the pre-season 2 hype-train-causing twitter photos that are just sort of... not canon.
