OTP22 Album
is available

Hi All

You can download my OTP22-themed album here:

https://itunes.apple.com/album/music-for-secret-communication/id1063194325?v0=9988&ign-mpt=uo%3D1

It's also available on Spotify, etc.

This should be required listening for any agent activities, including collecting drops and decoding secret materials.

Enjoy!

Sorry Ted, I stole that silly music and was not impressed. Will torrent it and put it out there, because iTunes sucks and those sounds are not worth 99 cents each.

So in your opinion..............

The thing is that if this is a joke, it's not a good one. Basically any adult outside of some pretty hardcore neckbeards will know this is stupid.

Been following the ARG since Autumn '12 and this is one of the best things to come out of it so far, so well done, drawb Laughing I'll sure listen to it if I ever write a novel based on OTP22!

10000 when entered as a tape number into Milford leads to an interesting and funny series of messages! Click the number to hear the audio.

10000 -

Quote:
This series contains strategies for dealing with counter-operations. It is important to understand the definition of a counter-operation agent. Unlike our agents, the counter-operation consists of idle teenagers and the unemployed. Their sole purpose is to annoy our legitimate operation and obstruct our goals. The counter-operation agents attempt to sabotage our important drops, information and intelligence. Like most teenagers and the unemployed, the counter-operation has no visibility into our true goal and lacks direction. With determination, the counter-operation will become bored with our telephone numbers, systems, satellite transmissions, and other media, and resort to video games, gif files of bikini-clad women, and skateboards. Enter 10001 for next tape. This lesson ends.

10001 -

Quote:
Some counter-operation agents, for lack of a better term, will call into our call centres. These individuals pretend like real agents but lack a sense of protocol. You can identify counter-operation agents by using the following L.C.D. Technique - Listen, Challenge & Directness. All agents within our system know specific protocols and procedures. Even our brand new agents are well versed in procedure, there is no need to work with "new agents" or "it used to work this way". These are typical techniques in social engineering. Also, be aware that agents never conduct what is called small talk. Small talk is the conversation of unrelated activities. All agents are trained never to use small talk, scuttlebutt or gossip. If you encounter such a situation, be very careful and report the agent using the AS0 tip line. Enter 10002 for next tape. This lesson ends.

10002 -

Quote:
This tape specialises in L of the L.C.D. Technique. It is important to always listen. Listen to the background noise of the telephone call. Is there silence, is there background noise? Another useful technique is the mute feature. Tell the caller you will put them on hold, however, instead of doing so push the mute button and listen for 5 minutes. Most vital information can be discovered during this period. The caller will expect that you are not listening to them, listen to the background and determine if there are any individuals in the background. Take note how many voices there are and if anything is being said. If you are unable to take notes, review the recording after the call has completed. Also, some callers may speak candid truths while on hold to any other individuals in the room. The caller assumes that since there is no audio, we are not listening. If conversations continue to be spoken, extend the hold time until the caller has completed the conversation. If something sounds unusual do not hang up immediately, the caller may continue to reveal critical information. If anything unusual occurs during the L stage, contact AS0 tip line. Contact 10003 for the next tape. This lesson ends.

10003 -

Quote:
This tape specializes in the C of the L.C.D. Technique. It is always important to challenge the caller to validate their identity. You can use simple techniques, such as requesting their agent numbers, order codes, or various validation codes from books they possess. Remember, an official agent will always have access to the information you request. A potentially false agent will protest or not have the information readily available. If an agent is not able to provide the required information promptly, simply hang up. Do not provide any formalities or apologises before doing so. This will frighten any non-legitimate agent and deter them from calling back again. It is OK to be rude and vulgar. Enter 10004 for the next tape. This lesson ends.

10004 -

Quote:
This tape specializes in the D of the L.C.D. Technique. Directness is very important to prevent leakage of critical secret information. We all possess very secret information within our heads and our systems. Imagine if you mentioned to the counter-operation that you were working on a special project that benefitted all of mankind, only to have your efforts sabotaged. Learning new information could increase interest within that counter-operation and increase the chance of being reported to government agencies not friendly to our operation. It is very important that directness be followed. Never mention any details of your day to day work. Be direct, solve the problem at task. Speak only if you need to get the job done. Never small talk, especially with telephone callers. Remember, the success of our operation is in your hands. With success comes very handsome bonuses according to your bonus structure. Please consult your own handguide for information on bonus structures. You have reached the end of the training series. You are now ready to take your assessment on the L.C.D. Technique. After you are completed with your assessment, turn your assessment paper in to your manager for evaluation. Enter 10005 for the L.C.D. assessment tape.

10005 -

Quote:
Question 1.
True or false? As a frontline communicator, your actions and the things you say have a direct impact on our operations. Record your answer now.
Question 2.
True or false? Sometimes answering telephone calls and repeating numbers can be boring, so it is OK to engage in small chat or scuttlebutt. Record your answer now.
Question 3.
The L in L.C.D. stands for what? Is it a) listen, b) learn, c) litigate, or d) log on to the agent system? Record your answer now.
Question 4.
The D in L.C.D. stands for what? Is it a) download, b) document, c) directness, or d) disconnect from the agent system? Record your answer now.
Question 5.
What things could be learned during the "mute technique"? Is it a) candid conversations, b) other individuals in the room, c) the possibility that the caller is not a real agent, d) unusual conversations that may cause alarm, or e) all of the above? Record your answer now.
You have now completed the assessment, turn your assessment into your manager for evaluation. There are no further tapes in this series.

Tape number 0 on Milford system is as follows:

Quote:
This series contains the updated procedure for recording time in the time tracking system. Before you begin, ensure you have written down all time you wish to enter into the system as the time tracking system times out after 5 minutes. To begin, connect to host KCMOEM5A from any internal network node and log in using your standard authentication information. At the user prompt, enter TTRK2C followed by a space followed by a 6 digit representation of the year and month you wish to enter time for, followed by another space followed by your CFRS user identifier. Enter the year first as four digits followed by two digits for the month. For example, February of 1989 would be 198902. December of 2002 would be 200212. This will load the time tracking programme for the month you have entered. If you need to enter time for another month, exit the time tracking programme by pressing (letter or meter?) Q on your keyboard and then enter TTRK2C followed by a space and then the month you wish to enter time for again as 6 digits followed by a space and then your CFRS user identifier. Repeat as necessary. You have reached the end of the training series.

Just to play Hades's Advocate for a moment (because it's that time of year for me), has anyone thought to analyse Drawbs excellent, creative work to see if it is a stego cover?

I know I have Bonjour service installed on this machine, I just, well, really do not want to load iTunes atm.

Just to clear it up for anyone else, this is the decoded AS27 message. It's literally numbers that decode into more numbers.

Welp.
