No, "somewone" will not give you the password at this time. It is only for use by a few responsible "players", including the player who's paying for it.

 		The drop was another black Memorex CD-R. Contents: two text files (one signed by Robby), and 11 random-looking .bin files named video10.bin through video20.bin. The video10.bin file on this disc is NOT the same as on the first one! Also, video20.bin is much larger than the other files.

The two number strings from the SHOPPING.TXT files from each disc, when XOR'd together, give PROJMLPL2016.

The tape number 97575, mentioned in TAPES.TXT, currently gives tape load error.

There are numerous typos in the SHOPPING.TXT files. If you put the typo'd letters together, you get a hidden message - IN DANGER.

In the timeline it mentions otp22's AS being featured on a paranormal radio show and Troy appearing on it. Does anyone have any recordings of this radio show? Or any information on what happened in the show?

So this is the guy from the Message Desk. So was he payed by the PM's to work at the message desk or is he part of the game? Does he know about the game?

Troy claimed to be a contractor, with no knowledge on Project MLPL or WORM. Yes, he is aware of OTP22.

We don't know who Troy is in real life or his connection to the PMs. He was playing a character at the message desk, so we don't know anything about him for real. He might be one of the PMs, or he might be a friend who was asked to help out.
