There are a lot of tapes in this system,
so it will go unnoticed.

I have to regularly mail batches of tapes
to the Delaware Tape Retrieval System
and I will be slipping this one in
each time.

I am not using my real voice because
I want to make sure my identity is
concealed.

I am having Jeremy physically destroy this
tape soon, as I am revealing a lot of
information about myself in this tape.

I will be making a series of drops soon
to distribute the encryption keys to your
grassroots organization.

I have to be discrete about it; the keys
will be hidden in things and not wide-open
like [you saw?].

I know you guys are very smart and I am
sure you will figure it out.

I can't wait until they finish the Agent
System construction. It is a major security
flaw in our systems and you need to be
monitoring this system once again.

They padded themselves with a lot of cash
lately by brokering and transporting
[various?] contraband. The dealings were
a complete distraction to the
organization, but they are now completed
and focusing on the original task.

Although completely unrelated to the
organization's goals, these dealings
provided some very dangerous things
to certain governments.

Last year, they received enough
refined material for another launch.

You may have been monitoring the
transport ship. As if we did not have
enough to worry about already,
the organization does not care because
this causes a distraction for the [parties
you should be watching them?].

I am actively participating in the
Agent System deployment. I am being
intentionally sloppy about the
security of this system. There should
be plenty of ways you will be able
to access this system.

They continue to use Black OTP 1
as all agents can reliably decode
these messages.

I continually tell them that there is
no need to worry about changing
one time pads.

You will have a lot of catching up
to do once everything is back online.

As you may already know, the
messaging system is not managed by
Agent System 36. Agent System 36 is
simply a back-channel to send
and receive messages for people
in the field.

First phrase in bold is "friendly to our cause" and second part, I think, is "and solely specific instructions as commanded". From this, I imagine MD will be returning with both T and some new operators - the new ones of which we should be very to the point with rather than chatting in the way some of us were able to with T when we last had the MD function.

 		The day March 1st, mentioned by Robby as the day the Agent System gets back online, has come... and it brought no change whatsoever to AS36, AS27, the Milford tape 97575, and all other numbers.

 		It's been 13 days since the promised March 1st date. Let's see how our numbers are doing.

* AS36 (+1-303-309-0004): Unidentified EDM song followed by instructions to all agents. (day after day since January 26th, 2016)
* AS36 mirrors (+1-202-999-3335 etc): Emtanon history advertisement with Esquivel's "Sentimental Journey" as background music. (day after day since October 28th, 2015)
* AS27 (+1-720-897-0004): 0 0 0 0. (day after day since February 8th, 2016)
* Delaware Tape Retrieval System (+1-302-725-0004) - input 97575: "[T]he Agent System is completely on schedule, it will be back online on the 1st of March" "[O]ne particular video file will be deployed next week" (day after day since February 21st, 2016)
* Cleveland Direct (+1-412-888-0004): Identical to the AS36 mirrors.
* Controller (+1-202-999-3337): Identical to the AS36 mirrors.
* MISO (+1-910-498-0004): Identical to the AS36 mirrors.
* QX (+1-234-222-0004): Identical to the AS36 mirrors.

Yep, PM vanished off the face of the Earth some time after February 21st, 2016. Well, the only thing that happened on March 1st was Exciting Books posting a photo of postcards based on its book covers.

 		Just a quick update - it has now been one exact month since AS36 was due to be reactivated and we have seen no such return nor have we observed changes to any other phone line.

 		On April 10, 2016 at 06:15 UTC, I knocked out the Delaware Tape Retrieval System (+1-302-725-0004) by mercilessly hammering it with tape numbers. Prior to that everything was exactly the same as described in my March 14 post. +1-302-725-0004 switched to playing the same Emtanon history advertisement as most numbers.

Then it was noticed that a call made at 06:08 UTC was drawing out for particularly long. The recording starts with 3 minutes of music, then somebody picks up the phone and says hello! Most of the call is silence. I don't know what to think of the sounds at 14:21, perhaps somebody was imitating the old alarm sirens?

Yep, it's a conference number now. Xkeeper, TonyInICT, and myself tried it.

 		Milford (3027250004) is no longer acting as a conference line but has seemingly reverted to the tape system, though dialling it currently results in 5 to 6 seconds of tape spool winding sounds followed by disconnection. Watch this space.

 		One of regular players in channel #arg on freenode got a letter on his home address.







Just an envelope, nothing odd. Handwritten. Came by Royal Mail too. Not sure if that is significant or not. It was postmarked exactly 2 months ago.

"how know how how how" is reference to dead drop location in Chicago (Bellwood water tower) from October 17 2012. A note written in the dust on one of the fuel pumps.
