1923 is the year Khalil Gibran published The Prophet.

Further down on http://www.yourworldoftext.com/lucylime -- below where she says "Look more." -- is the following:

Lucy wrote:
* Sixteen voices are heard both in Gibran's world and these of text, not all of Gibran's are heard...

The Prophet consists of 26 poems. Here's an online version. The following sites might not be Lucy's, but they do contain questions seeking answers, so I'm betting they are:

Nice! Those asterisks weren't there when I first checked /lucylime. Checking out /prophet, there's a note from the PM that it's not related to the arg, so I'm guessing the 16th voice would simply be /almustafa (the prophet).

pia ward - Thank you! /almitra certainly looks to be game related. I'm guessing you found it in relation to Callum's name?

I agree that /wisdom doesn't look to be part of the game. In general, Lucy's pages tend to have one voice speaking (until players add to it). But it's certainly hard to tell at times...

P.S. - Forgot to mention, but /glueboy was updated as well.

ETA: Nevermind. /almitra is the 16th voice. Hadn't realized she was also a character from The Prophet

i've continued to talk with Callum about literature, and on the same vein of Armitage he's recommended the playwrite Tom Stoppard. shortly after the recommendation he asked if i was cold and needed a Jumper, which led me to discover his 1972 play Jumpers.

our discussions have moved to music, which is convenient as i see a reference to Handel on /almita. i see he's added a few new artists to his "likes" on Facebook so i'll keep investigating their links to all this.

also, i think the Joss reference in the asterisk may be of Buffy the Vampire
Slayer, although i've tried /buffy and /angel and /slayer(s) with no luck so far.

eta: oops, that reference appears to have been made by one of us. which is what callum communicated to me about Lucy, as being into more modern music-- the band Placebo in particular.

I'd already said I was busy Saturday with Easter stuff, but just so nobody worries/wonders, I've continued to be really busy with some stuff the last couple of days and probably won't be able to catch up today (Apr. 7), either. I'll get caught up soon, I hope!

Please feel free to update the wiki as things go. I was thinking it might be helpful to have a wiki page about each "world" from yourworldoftext, to document what's already there, what new stuff appears, and theories currently going on about each?

I've been away for a while so really need to get properly caught up with this but just to let you know that I have received one of the physical mailings from Callum.

I haven't opened it yet as I wanted to have time to document it properly for you all. Hopefully I'll get chance to do just that tonight.

Here we go. Apologies for the poor lighting in many of these shots; everything should be fairly clear but if you do need anything to be transcribed just shout.

According to a chat on Facebook it seems I might be the only one (of the designated six) to have received a mailing at this point. It looks like we may need to solve what's in mine in order to 'unlock' the next one.

Mailings

Thanks for posting. I am not one of the favored six, however it would seem likely that the mailings are not all identical (so we are led to collaborate). Therefore, I suggest that the remaining five post only what differs (is unique) in their packet.

Just so others don't ask the same question and lose their chance for an answer, I asked Callum what his original name was but he wouldn't say:

Hello Callum,

You said you changed your name officially (in your March 3rd post on facebook). What was your original name?

There is a reason I changed my name - to avoid my past - please, respect that...

My apologies for prying, Callum.

No worries - just. well, people have been asking me all sorts and, while I understand that some aspects are needed to be known, others... don't. Thanks.

Oh boy....

Never tried my hand at coding, but I looked it over a bit last night. Maybe a veteran can let me know if I'm at least on the right track:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Is this a trifid cipher?

I think I'm a bit stuck:

I picked up on the Buffy reference on /almitra but I'm unsure what she wants us to do with it (if anything). Unfortunately, I never really had time to get into the show. Looks like she added "why not?" so I'm guessing the answer is no.

Lucy is also prompting us to finish the jury at /lucina. We only need 3 more votes, so if you haven't voted yet, now might be a good time to mosey on over Smile Also, verse 6 is a reference to Ockham's razor

We still need to come up with three questions to find out Lucy's sweet name. I don't know how everyone wants to go about doing so, but I did like RedHatty's suggestion.

Concerning The Riddler's message in a message, I've read up on Vaihinger & Eco in Unthinking Thinking as well as the As If theory. Here's a really extensive article on it as well. But again, I'm unsure what to do with it.

Finally, /scholar is really bothering me. I've tried /thinking, /talking, /ontalking, /unthinking etc. but I'm coming up with nothing.

Re: Callum Felderi
Re: Mailings

I suppose everyone's pretty busy (myself included) but yesterday Callum gave me a hint and I figured I share. We should be considering dates according to the UK system:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The chess board has the dates 18/06/1799-05/10/1880. These were the years of birth and death (respectively) of William Lassell, a British astronomer who discovered four moons: Triton, Hyperion, Ariel and Umbriel.

I also asked him about his job, since he mentioned it on a couple fb posts. He's a research assistant, but I'm guessing it's not related to the game since he seemed reluctant to give much more details. Just sharing so no one asks the same question.

I would add my email but am going to be without access to the internet for several weeks soon.

My Mailer
only posting things that are different

so it looks like my letter, the front of my postcard, and, the mini page cipher are the exact same as those previously posted. I'm not going to upload duplicate images. There was a small hole in my mailer, so, if I had a "perfection" piece, it's long gone now Sad the photo puzzle pieces, the strip cipher and the envelope are the only differences, so here's the first image.

And Rich posted all these possibly in game links in the FB chat
