Weird coincidence. This video distorted it while showing it scenes of warfare going on and connects to Berlin, perhaps a WWII allusion. The first time I ever heard this song was set to Charlie Chaplain's message to humanity from a movie called "The Great Dictator", where he plays a body double for Adolf Hitler.... Weird....
